Review Submitted: April 30, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
We spent six days in the property , early April 2009. The property was exactly as described - facilities, clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. The owners were exceptionally helpful and inspired a sense of confidence that proved to be totally justified. The information and advice regarding the area.was very helpful and well beyond what could be expected. .

FAB APARTMENT

Splosher South Wales
Review Submitted: July 29, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
Stayed at the apartment for a week at end of June. Apartment is lovely, has everthing you need. It's very clean and well looked after. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The added benefits of internet access and Sky+ was ideal for our 16 year old son. Their selection of guide books, maps etc at the apartment is fantastic and the info they send you prior to your stay is very helpful. There is some traffic noise, as after all you are in the middle of a city but you do get used to this after a couple of days. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the port, old town, promenade & beach, the main shopping area and the bus station(has buses to almost everywhere around Nice-1euro each way). There are two good supermarkets close by and numerous bars & restaurants. All in all a fab stay at the apartment.

Jemima was extremely helpful and reliable from the very beginning. The apartment speaks for itself. Just view the pictures and that's what you'll get. We really enjoyed the enormous living area. It's designed and decorated in a way that everyone can chill out there. The owners provide abudant amount of information on the apartment itself as well as activities, attractions and restaurants in the area.
We will definitely be back in the near future.

Fantastic Apartment

Review Submitted: June 17, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
Had a lovely time in Nice - although it rained two days out of the three but apartment was so centrally located could have a glass of wine and peoplewatch. Instructions from owners made it so easy to get there using public transport and everything explained on how to use fridge, tv etc and lots of information in apartment. Plenty of room for two couples to share this beautiful apartment. Will definately visit again one day - Nice comes alive when the sun shines

Home from home near Nice old town

Review Submitted: April 7, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009
Tha apartment has a spacious living area with a well equipped kitchen area. It would be easy to cook your own meals though we didn't - too many restaurants to try. The master bedroom is also very roomy with an interesting and large en suite - glass bricks separate it from the bedroom rather than being self contained. We liked it. The second bedroom is smaller and totally adequate, with storage space. The second shower room has a large shower and toilet; the wash basin is small of necessity and a small price to pay for a second bathroom. The owners clearly love and use this apartment - there are novels, games, guidebooks, cookery books, a really useful folder of information. For us, having Sky plus and a pc with broadband connection were very useful - we like to stay in touch when we are away though some might not. They were especially useful since the weather was pretty wet in late March, early April. We like the location. We've been to Nice before and like to be close to the old town and within easy walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais. The bus station is only 5 mins walk away. Although the apartment is on a busy street corner, traffic dwindles to nothing at night and we were not particularly disturbed by street noise. The advantage of a corner position is the light and increased opportunities for street watching! The building is old but the property well maintained, clean and furnished to a high quality. The owner was very helpful, responded quickly and provided good service. We would stay there again.

Review Submitted: April 5, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009
