Great apartment in Argeles

We (me, my husband and 15 year old granddaugher) have just returned from a week in Argeles. We have been many times before but this is the first time we have stayed in this particular apartment and we were not disappointed. Anne made us very welcome and she provided everything we needed. The beds were most comfortable, two very comfortable settees, dining table and chairs etc. The kitchen was very well equipped.
The location is perfect, several supermarkets and boulangeries, but it is a little walk to the more busy part of the town. The beach is only a few minutes walk.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definately be back.

Great appartment.
Very close to the beach.
Anne absolutely brilliant, meal a welcome start to the holiday. Her advise and care much appreciated.
Everything you could wish for in the appartment. Can't think of anything we wanted for. Bikes, games, videos, beach equipment all great.

Our second visit to this apartment and again, totally enjoyable. This time we were with our grown-up children (21 & 19). We all had a very relaxing holiday, with Ann, once again, providing all the home comforts including enough books to last us many more visits! Which is just as well as we've already booked a return visit in September!
The proximity to the beach is great, the weather was excellent & we managed to counter all the gorgeous cakes & pastries from the bolulangerie by putting in a couple of miles on the bikes each day!

Great Stay in Argeles

WE ( 2 adults and 2 girls 6 and 4) had great stay in this apartment, it was very clean ,spacious, bright and airy.Everything was great from the outset as Anne provided a meal for us on arrival even though it was midnight ! There was no need to rush off to the shops the following morning as everything you could think of was already provided .Hundreds of books for the adults and plenty of toys for the kids including beach toys,umbrellas matts beach tent (the list goes on).It was very handy also to have the dvd and video plyer to keep the kids occupied on occasion.The patio area is a good size and the outdoor stone bbq is great.The apartment is very close to the beach, bakery(also roast chickens) and pharmacy but is a bit away from the commercial area which is good. Anne also provided 2 adult bikes and a "chariot" trailor for the kids which they loved. We also had a car which was great for travelling o the nearby towns of Colliure and Banyuls, we also went to the beach in Canet( 10mins away) which is perfect for young kids as the water is shallow for 100yds yet it still has some good waves( very safe) .
Argeles sur Mer Apartment

We (2 couples) stayed here for a week in late September & had a great time. We are regular visitors to Argeles and the surrounding area but this was our first stay at this apartment and it didn't disappoint. It was clean, fresh and very much home from home. Anne has provided everything you might need, including the best welcome pack we've ever had! The bikes were particularly helpful for getting to the main resort, the village & even to St Cyprien (cycle lanes most of the way). We hired 2 additional bikes from Velocation on the Ave du Tech. The apartment is at Plage Nord, a little way outside the main resort, but has shops, restaurants, a lovely boulangerie and of course, the beautiful beach only a few minutes walk away. This location would probably be an advantage in July & August when Centre Plage is extremely busy. We would certainly recommend this apartment and hope to be back next year ourselves!
Argeles-sur-mer North Beach Apartment

My family and I (2 adults and 2 children 17 months and 5 years) stayed there for a week from 25th July to 3rd August and had an excellent holiday. The apartment was fantastic, with everything you need and more. Very clean and tidy. The meal on arrival and provisions pack was unexpected but very useful. The extras provided by Anne made the holiday - toys for the kids, beach toys and umbrellas, bikes for the adults (which were used to go the local supermarket). The beach was a few minutes away and was lovely to walk to without having to hop in the car. Local shops and bakery were also on the doorstep. The surrounding villages (Collioure, Banyuls-sur-mer, Port Argeles) were lovely and were easily accesible. Lots to do, Anne provided lots of information on things to do. Weather was fantastic. Couldn't of wished for a better holiday. Definitely recommend to friends (have done already).

My family (2 adults and 2 children, aged 5 and 10), stayed here from the end of June to early July. We had a very nice time. The apartment was even nicer than we expected. There was a well equipped kitchen, a good sized living area well-stocked with books and a few games and 2 bedrooms. There was also the patio area with barbecue, which was excellent.
The apartment is literally only 3 minutes from the beach, which was very large and clean with good facilities. There is also a very good bakery 2 minutes away. The main part of Argeles (the touristy bit) is a little farther away, probably too far to walk on a regular basis. This wasn't a problem as we had a car and I imagine anyone else staying here would have a car as well. This part of Argeles is very nice, with lots of restaurants, the port and the seafront. There was plenty of choices for food and I would say most of them were good, but I would avoid the place that serves the food on giant kebabs.
Argeles is also well placed for a day trip to Barcelona, which is recommended. There are lots of things to do in the immediate area also.
Anne was very helpful and friendly and provided a very good service. We would be very happy to stay there again.
