Great villa! Fantastic location & very spacious.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in September 2009 & had a fantastic time. Although it was just the two of us the villa worked out cheaper than staying in a hotel for a week, with the benefit of having a private pool & lots of living space, which we missed staying in hotels for the rest of our holiday!
The villa has a great location about a 15 / 20 minute drive from Universal & other attractions, but in a quiet residential neighbourhood which allows for some peace & quiet in the evenings. The pool is great & lovely views of the lake behind the villa where we saw various birds, a couple of deer & an unconfirmed alligator sighting!
The owners were really helpful before our stay, sending us lots of relevant information about the villa & surrounding area, as well as during our visit when we had a couple of queries. The property was as shown in the pictures & fully equipped with (several) TVs, loads of DVDs etc.
The nearest supermarket was Walmart which was fine for juice, snacks etc but you might want to venture slightly further afield if you are planning on eating in some nights as Walmart doesn't have a great variety of fresh food, plus the supersized quantities food comes in may not appeal if you are a couple & not on holiday with a big family! The same went for restaurants - we didn't find a huge variety very close to the villa, more decent ones within a 20 - 25 minute drive e.g. along W Sand Lake Road, where we ate at the fantastic Seasons 52 restaurant (a refreshing change from burgers!).
Overall we had a great week & were sad to leave, especially knowing we would have to share a pool for the rest of the holiday! We would thoroughly recommend the villa to other couples, as well as families or groups of friends, due to the location & the spacious accommodation. Thanks again to the owners!

I booked this home for myself, my parents and my brother and his wife for a week’s vacation. We found the home very clean and roomy for all 5 of us. We had a far better family vacation staying together than in separate hotel rooms. Not only did we have our own private pool and game room (which I learned my dad was ping pong champ of his Jr. High School...something I never would have found out had we not stayed here) but it was far less expensive than any resort!!! My family and I will be returning to this beautiful home for years to come! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Lovely quiet villa

We have now stayed in this villa twice and would definetly return in the future. It is situated on a quiet residential area with a lake at the rear of the property with plenty of wildlife to watch. It is close to a large Walmart, Target and Publix along with many restaurants and it is easy to get to all the main attractions. The villa is clean and well equiped with everything you require for you stay and the pool is lovely and warm. Would definetly recommend to friends and family.

We spent eight very nice days in your villa in Kissimmee in the last week of April 2009.. Thanks for your very professional organization of booking and corresponding and finally without asking sending me a check returning the deposit. My boys and myself were positively surprised to find in your garage equipment to play table tennis, pool biljart and table football. Wireless internet was very convenient and we almost did not use the television...The gorgeous weather made it a perfect holiday!
I can recommend the villa to everyone as an ideal basis for visiting the many parks that are close to Kissimee. With four persons we had plenty of space; six persons still fit in nicely.

My family and I are currently staying in this villa, it is our 2nd time staying here, and once again it hasnt disapointed.
It is clean and tidy, the pool is wonderfull and games room keeps all entertained.
It really is a home from home, this is our second time staying here and when we vist florida we will stay no where else, I would recommened anybody to stay here.

Property is in excellent location for quick journeys to Disney etc. Very spacious, lovely pool, views. Publix, fuel short drive away. Would recommend.

We have stayed at a number of villas in Florida, and this was definitely the best. The pool was large and warm and the facilities exceptional. The view over the lake is magic. We will be recommending the villa to our friends and will return next year.

Review of the “Luxury Villa”
The overall appearance was very dirty. Carpets were heavily stainned. The shower stalls were moldy. The kitchen assessories were greasy.
Beds were very hard. The pillows were limited and very thin.
Several of the vertical window coverings were missing at least one vertical slate, which we had to repair to avoid the early morning "ray of sunshine".
The Game Room was biggest disappointment, as it turned out to be situated in the garage, which was quite hot (it was 97 degrees outside). The picture from the website depict the floor clean and painted with area rugs for the pool table and foosball table to set on – but the extreme heat made this a useless room.
In short, the place looks good in the pictures but it was not “Luxury Villa” we expected.

Owner's Response: This gentleman originally implied that we were a bogus owner, we then had difficulty getting the final balance from him for his booking which he paid late. He and his 4 friends left our villa in a mess. I returned all of his deposit but said I was "disappointed" that he had treated our villa badly. He then said we had not returned all of his deposit. (Which he later retracted). At no time did he complain to us or our management agency of any problems or cleanliness issues, it was only after I complained to him that he thought of them. Our own website is full of testimonials saying what a lovely, well equipped, clean villa we have. The guests before him and after him have said that the villa is excellent. This is the first time we have ever had a bad review which I feel is totally unjustified.

I have no hesitation in recommending this villa - it comes FULLY equipped with everything you could possibly need! It is in a lovely quiet location, with a Publix supermarket and lots of smaller shops about 2 minutes drive in either direction.
Val rang shortly after arrival to make sure everything was OK, which was a nice gesture.
My only "complaint" is that we were not able to stay for longer!

The house was great for a family of five and well maintained. The pool provided great release after long days at Disney and Sea World.
We enjoyed the wild life and the enclosed pool.
