Good holiday

This is a very clean and well equipped apartment, with a lovely sun terrace roof which has a great shady pergola if, like me, you find the midday sun too hot. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped for preparing family meals, and also has the essential washing machine! The pool area is very clean and well kept with a lovely pool, and the beach is a short distance away and really, really nice. Hayley and Ian were very kind and welcoming, and helped us straight away with any requests we made. Hayley made a point of getting us a welcome pack as we arrived late in the evening, which was a really thoughtful touch which we really appreciated. On the down side we found the nearby bars and supermarkets a bit pricey, even taking into account the fall in the exchange rate. We ended up doing a big shop in the Supersol Mercado in La Cala, and getting a taxi back - if we went back we would certainly get a car next time as the road up to the apartment is steep. All in all we had a really nice relaxing holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Views from the roof terrace were excellent although not great from the balcony
A car is a necessity as large supermarket is over 1 mile away, however, shops, restaurants, & beach are all within 15 mins walk, albeit up/down steep hills!
Restaurants were good, especially the pizzeria, but more of a choice would have improved things.
I would recommend to friends provided they are fit & could manage the "climbs".
Owners very friendly & helpful with an excellent welcome pack (milk, beer, fruit juice, bread etc) on arrival.

My family and I have stayed two fantastic weeks at this apartment. It was in excellent conditions, gladly decorated and so clean!!!. It had everything you could need, with a superb 70 m2 attic (bbq, relax - sunbeds) and a big pool. It's an absolute quality property. Near the beach, don't need a car to get it. It was exactly as described. It was a pleasure to deal directly with the owners, Hayley & Ian. They were very welcoming and helpful, answering my questions (thousands) always kindly and everything we ask for them, they provided us quickly.
All the arrangements went like clockwork and I would recommend this website and the property we rented to everyone.

We had good contact with the owners prior to the visit and were met on arrival. We were able to contact them throughout the holiday if required. The apartment was clean and well stocked, although we would have liked a larger freezer section in the fridge. Both the balcony and roof top terrace were lovely and allowed a nice breeze. We have stayed in the area many times and love it There are a number of good restaurants around and plenty to do for couples and children alike. Would definately recommend the apartment and area.
