Ideal holiday retreat

An ideal retreat with every facility and a really homely atmosphere, this villa provided the base for an excellent holiday for my wife and myself (in our 60's), my daughter and her three-year-old son. Within easy reach of a decent supermarket, a few restaurants and a splendidly clean beach, it is also within a good walk of Puerto del Carmen's main stretch but far enough away to be quiet. The villa has shared pools (one for adults and one for children) nearby and is on a small complex of 17 detached villas. Cannot recomment it too highly.

Great Villa

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Casa Amarilla, the villa is spacious, clean and very comfortable with full kitchen appliances and utensils and lots of storage facilities in the bedrooms, in fact it has everything you could possibly need and a bit more.
The owners could not have been more helpful and provided excellent service and communication during the booking process. We would highly recommed a visit to this great cilla. We will certainly be back for a return visit.

Have just got back from 2 weeks in this wonderful villa.
The property has all the facilities you would hope to have and many more besides. The lounge is roomy with a DVD and VCR to play movies.
The bedrooms are big enough with plenty of storage space. The property benefits from 2 bathrooms 1 en-suite with a shower in both.
The kitchen is well equipped and the villa is near the pool which means you can have a swim and then walk back for a sunbathe.
The property is in a quiet residential spot but is near to the lovely beach, shops and restaurants.

If you want a quiet relaxing holiday in a really pleasant location, safe for children and close to everything you will need - then Villa Casa Amarilla fits the bill perfectly. Betty & Malcolm have made sure everything you need for a home from home holiday is provided and the 2 bathrooms were appreciated. The 2 small pools aren't too deep and very quiet. We spent a week here Easter 2009 with our 2 grandchildren aged 11 & 5 years and no-one wanted to come home.
Dont spend your money at the PIZZERIA NAPOLENTANA (its upstairs, on the corner of the square where the Codfather fish restaurant is located) the service was awful, the meals dissapointing and when we mentioned that we werent happy they couldnt have cared less as they know you are on holiday and wont be back anyway.
Good family meals at the Casa Carmen on the right as you walk along towards the San Antonio hotel.
We will be returning for sure in the future.

Good location...just 10 min walk into the main centre of Puerto del Carmen with all the restaurants and 10 min walk the other way to the main centre of Los Pocillos. Property was very clean and has everything you need.The maintenance company was very good,the lock on the front door was a little stiff and they were there within the hour.We would highly recommend this villa.

We had one of the best holidays we have ever had. it was so relaxing and the villa was ideal for us. it was so stress free from beginning to end, and the location of the villa could not have been better. usually two weeks away is long enough but we felt we could have stayed on a lot longer we felt so at home.
We are interested in booking again for next year and will be in touch. ****
