We had a lovely week in Villa Serenity. The villa is clean, spacious and caters for your every need. We strolled up to the local village and enjoyed some delicious food, drink and Greek entertainment. The villa is a great base to explore the main towns of Southern Cyprus. However, sitting with a beer and a book on the patio, surrounded by beautiful, peaceful countryside was just bliss! Would love to go back and take advantage of the private pool - we had no use for it in February! A five star villa in a fabulous, unspoilt location. Thanks very much. J,M,I & I.

Myself and five others stayed at the Villa Serenity in the second week in September. A glorious week. Everything was perfect. The villa was first class with every little detail taken care of. It was very clean and well stocked. All towels provided including pool towels. The showers were hot and strong.The room are spacious and cool with air con in each. The views over the orange and olives groves are stunning and the location was quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of the local village. First class holiday in all aspects - we shall be back !

What a fabulous week! The villa is in a fantastic location, peaceful enough to allow us to really relax but also allowed us to get into Paphos easily (either by car or taxi).
The villa was clean and tidy and had all the amenities that we could need, and it was nice to stay somewhere that had plenty of fridge/freezer space for us to stock up at the supermarket in Paphos and make plenty of use of the barbecue facilities!
This was the first time that we have booked villa/flights/car hire separately having previously used villa companies, and I would like to thank Doug and Chris for making it so easy and stress free for us! The information you provided us with in regards to the villa itself and the surrounding area was extremely helpful, and your recommendations for car hire and taxis invaluable.
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and we are already discussing a return stay.

For a quiet leasurely holiday in a sunny climate this spot is ideal overlooking a quiet valley with fruit and olive trees

Only a 10 minute stroll up to Kouklia village with several good restaurants (particularly Thanasis Place), 2 small shops for emergency supplies and bank with ATM

Close to main road links into Paphos (20 minute drive) and remainder of the island

Great for relaxing. Short drive from the airport.Only a 10 min stroll to the village where there are three places to eat or if you prefer an easy 15 min drive to Paphos for something more lively. The villa has everything you need and is very spacious and bright. The views are lovely. Driving is very easy and the roads were not busy. I would recommend that you do a food shop in a bigger supermarket - there is a good size fridge freezer, if you are not eating out so much. Would go back in a minute!

A perfectly equipped, clean villa at a perfect location! We spent a few days here as the nice village is a good starting point either to visit Paphos, traavel to the mountains or simply relax at the pool and enjoy the landscape. A nice restaurant is in walking distance :)

What a lovely villa in a excellent location. The villa is well equiped with all mod cons. There are 4 different seating areas to sit and enjoy a vino or two! The pieceful location is perfect and the orange trees oposite are lovely. The villa was clean and well presented. Patricia, the local contact, was most helpful. Would recommend this villa to all. A hire car is a must but the roads are so empty it's a pleasure to drive. The small local town (5 min walk away) is very nice and then if you want the busy parts you can drive to them. The only thing we disliked is the fact that we can't afford a property there (very high property prices!).

If you are in need of the perfect break in a peaceful and relaxing environment in a tranquil setting then look no further than Villa Serenity in Kouklia - a 10 minute drive from Pafos Airport and Pafos Town. This luxuriously appointed 3 double bedrooom villa is tastefully decorated and caters for every need. The only decisions to be made are which of the 4 outside eating/drinking areas to take morning tea or an early afternoon drink! Relax round the pool looking over the orange groves and out to sea under the scorching sun, cool off by the poolside shower and cook lunch outside on the BBQ or walk 5 minutes up the road to Kouklia village and one of its three welcoming tavernas. Walk round the surrounding areas without seeing a soul for hours or under 5 minute drive to Secret Valley or Aphrodite Hills Golf club for breathtaking views and a two great tests of golf. With an overactive 18 month year old boy in tow the outside areas provide both the opportunity for him to explore with our peace of mind he was safe, the owners via their agent kindly provided the nescessary cot, highchair and car seat. We are looking forward to a return visit (counting the days) and happy to share the experience or queries to those who have any. Best wishes and thank you for such a great holiday.
