Wonderful apartment

I stayed at this apartment with my family during the summer. It was great, tons of room so everybody had their own space. Excellent location, I would say it's the most exciting part of the city. It's a great place to stay if you want to really experience Barcelona.

Tres bel appartement spacieux rénové dans vieil immeuble mal insonorisé.
Tres bien placé/centre.Ideal pour plusieurs familles (nous etions 10 avec 6 enfants).
Proprietaire disponible et arrangeant au telephone et par email .Parking voiture couvert et gardé tres proche a 20 Euro/jour.
Seuls petits points negatifs:1 seul lit double/pas de lave vaisselle et proximité avec le voisinage (mieux vaut laisser les rideaux tres jolis fermés)..
En resumé:nous etions tres contents de notre sejour dans cet appartement.

Owner's Response: Merci de votre appréciation. C´est vrai que le fait d'être au centre ville fait que il y a beaucoup de commerce, tourisme, restaurants, baladeurs...etc. A cet sujet-la on bien d'installer des vitrages doubles ce qui permet un niveau considérable d'insonorisation.
On a pas le lave-vaisselle car on a eu 2 appareils qui ont tombe on panne pour une mauvaise utilisation, c'est la raison pour la quel on a décidé pas continuer avec cet appareille (je crois que n'est pas sur l'annonce).
Effectivement, on a 8 lits individuelles et 1 lit double ce qui permet avoir groupes d'amis, familles, voyages d'affaires (plus versatile), etc. On a toujours la possibilité de mettre ensemble deux lits individuelles avec de draps qui van avec (sur demande).

I've stayed in three apartments in Barcelona and this was the prettiest. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were very nice and well-equipped.Location very central

Très bel appartement avec beaucoup d'espace, bien situé pour la plage et les sorties! Nous avons également beaucoup aimé l'accueil et beaucoup de disponibilités de la part des propriétaires! Merci Carlos et Monica nous en gardons un bon souvenir

The apartment was great. Clean, nice and very confortable. The situation in the old heart of Barcelona is amazing and very convenient to explore the Gotic part of the City, the beach and to go out at night.

Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich, hat uns in dem Appartement mit Sekt und Obst empfangen, sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären und auf Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und gute Tappas-Bars hingewiesen, außerdem, welche Orte wir zu welchen Zeiten besser meiden sollten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir vom Eigentümer per SMS informiert, wo wir wegen der Fußballspiele bzw. Randalen besser nicht hingehen sollten.
Am Abreisetag war er pünktlich da und hat uns 2 Taxis zum Flughafen bestellt. Alles hat super geklappt.

I have had an special experience in Barcelona with my friends. On my birthday my friends and i went to Barcelona to celebrate it, we were 8. Barcelona is a fantastic city specially on nights. We enjoyed the city a lot, the Reloj apartment was perfect to us, so clean, so spacious and comfortable the attention from owners was perfect and fast when we had some problem. We'll back to Barcelona sure!!!
