This summer will be my third visit to this little piece of paradise. The apartment is well furnished good location, pool outside apartment for that swift dip, pretty gardens and very secure.

A pleasant walk takes you intoDenia village where your every need is catered for. and for travel further afield the train station.. I would return each year and hope to do so.

Nice 'n Easy

Review Submitted: June 16, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
Comfortable, well equipped, close to buses, beach, shops (including 2 supermarkets), restaurants. Grounds attractive and well kept. Pool very good and deep, cleaned every day. Good security. Long-term residents in complex very friendly and helpful. Tapas kiosk in park good value. Unable to recommend local restaurants on grounds of price or quality, but self-catering very easy.

Very complete and good appt in Denia

Review Submitted: October 14, 2008 Date of Stay: October 2008
We stayed at this appt the first week of oct/2008. The
appt is very clean and complete, all one need for a
good time is avaiable. The pool is only a few steps for the appt. Shops, bakery and restaurants are in a walking distance and to the center of Denia it is only a few minutes by car. We can really advise this appt for
those who are looking for a good adres te stay!

The other people on the parc are quiet friendly and are
always willing to help and there is enough free parking
space at/near the parc.

Winter Sun

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Feb. We travelled with a 1 year old child and he stayed in a travel cot that we paid a small amount extra for.
You can park really near to the apartment and the complex felt very secure.
The property is very clean and well maintained and we met a very helpful neighbour during our stay.

We spent quite a bit of time at the local beaches. You can walk to one and then drive to Javea and Calpe. They were all beautiful and the coastal drive is fabulous. We also went to the bird/ fish park near Benidorm which our lttle boy loved.

We ate out at a lovely restaurant in Denia and the Spanish people were very welcoming and allowed the buggy in the restaurants during the evening.

Highly recommeded accommodation
Thank you

A Great Find!

Review Submitted: March 5, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2007
Having stayed at this Oasis many times I find June and September to be the best months, hot but not to crowded.
It is clean & in excellent order, the owner gives good customer service & has a lady to call on at the property if you have any problems.

The complex is friendly with a mix of all nationalities.
The pool is great overlooked by mountains & lite up at night.
The apartment is well situated within walking distance to local restuarants & an excellent German bakery, the beach(miles of it) is 10mins on foot or 2 mins by car (free Parking).
The town has excellent shopping down the main tree lined street, with fruit & veg open air markets selling local produce. Look out for bar Missing(opposite the castle)-excellent Breakfast & great outdoor area. Ticino's pizza restaurant on the front is the best ever!!

Lots of places to explore close by- Javea, Moirara, Guadalest, local caves & Benidorn. Suitable for all ages-famillies & couples.

The apartment is good value for money, equipped with TV, fridge freezer,Beach gear etc.

I would recomend this apartment & look forward to going back.

Winter in Denia

Glyn & Mick Scotland
Review Submitted: January 13, 2008 Date of Stay: December 2007
We spent 4 weeks here over Christmas and New Year 2007/8 and had a great time. I work too hard and was looking for a lazy break. Mick has mobility and breathing problems and was looking for sunlight and easy walking. The apartment suited us both very well. It is pretty and is also very clean, well equipped and designed.

Generally the weather was very good to us but on cool or wet days there were plenty of books, music and a TV/video player. We don't like to drive while on holiday and easily got everywhere on foot or into Denia on the local bus - the walk into town via the beach is great. It's a good town to explore - castle, old streets, port, marina etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. No particular recommendations as we didn't eat out a lot but lots of variety. The market for fish, prawns, garlic and tomatoes provided just about everything I needed food wise!

The site is attractive but not big, probably not an ideal place for older kids/teenagers. But safe for younger ones and comfortable for us.

The booking came with the active support of a neighbour who made a big difference in helping us to get to and from the airport, settle in and get our bearings. Thanks again Annie

I would recommend the apartment to others and would also consider a return visit for us.

Glyn & Mick
