Fabulous Break

Ron & Karen Chelmsford
Review Submitted: September 14, 2009 Date of Stay: September 2009
We have just returned from a fab week in Casa Juliana. Totally relaxing, the property was spotlessly clean and the facilities provided were second to none that we have experienced before. John & Julie were terrific hosts and the animals were absolutely lovely. The local town of Domeno provided wonderful tapas and sangria with the larger town of Lliria just a 15 minute drive away.
We will certainly be back.
Owner's Response: The nearest town/village of Domeno has many nice bars serving good food and drink at affordable prices it is just a 20/25 minute walk and less than 5 minutes by car from Casajulianna well worth a visit and the people are very friendly.

Relaxing Honeymoon

Oli & Sarah Manchester
Review Submitted: August 20, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
We spent 2 amazing weeks here, it is just as it looks in the pictures, the dogs are lovely and John and Julie really are a great couple. We spent most of the first week recovering by the pool (I learnt to swim) and occassionally venturing out to the local area, to do a bit of shopping, we became a bit more adventurous in the second week, and found so many amazing things to see and do, sprawling castles, sandy beaches, lakes, historical buildings, dolphin shows (the oceanografic), stunning architecture, vibrant culture... all within 30mins drive of a relaxed rural hideaway. Would recommend taking a camera and a phrasebook, although pointing and attempting to make up Spanish phrases kinda worked for us.
Owner's Response: Lliria, is a great town lots to do and see we are just a short drive away. within easy reach of Valencia where you will find all of the above and more. a fantastic area to visit for a fabulous holiday.

Review Submitted: August 19, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
Casajulianna was just perfect for our holiday, there was plenty of room for the three of us, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the swimmingpool was fantastic. John and Julie were great hosts easy to chat with and full of great ideas on things to see and do. there was so much to see and do we will need to return soon! Valencia was our favorite place, beautiful and clean, we found it easy to park and to get around. I would recommend Casajulianna to anyone that is looking to please the whole family! You can relax by the pool, Drive for miles and explore or visit a vibrant and exciting city that has everything! Thanks for a Fantastic Holiday!!
Owner's Response: We take great pride in the cleanliness of our accomodation and outside areas, everybody enjoys the pool. valencia and the surrounding areas has plenty to offer, we always like to see guests return, and are pleased when they have a fantastic holiday.

Review Submitted: August 17, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
I had the most amazing experience at Casajuliana. John and Julie's hospitality was 1st class, they have a lovely home and surrounding garden full of exotic plants, orange trees and grape vines. The pool is clean and tranquil. I absolutely fell in love with their dogs (Charlie,Barney,Hannah)and there is a small town called Domeno, the locals are friendly and the bars are great (sangria like no other) about a 20 minute walk away. I recommend Casajuliana to everyone and i will definitely be returning.
Owner's Response: It is always good to know that guests enjoy their stay and that they wish to return. We do our best to make your holiday memorable,

Our stay in Casa Juliana

Review Submitted: August 6, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
My daughter and I stayed at Casa Juliana in July this year and had a great week. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. The accommodation is in rural countryside but close to the town of Lliria. John and Julie made us very welcome, were extremely helpful and my daughter fell in love with their dogs.
Owner's Response: We are pleased our guests find the studios clean and comfortable.
We are always happy to help in any way we can.
Our dogs are very friendly, and most guests wish they could take them home with them.

Easy going holiday in rural Spain

IHO Leeds
Review Submitted: December 29, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2008
Casa Juliana is a little way out of the way in the countryside but this contrasts with the usual image of tourist package Spain. The apartments are clean and comfortable and provide all that is needed for a relaxing stay - pool, sundeck, eating al fresco in the garden and enough facilities for self catering. The nearby town Lliria has a decent choice of restaurants and bars with a good supermarket and quite a few smaller shops. Valencia is half an hour's drive and is one of Spain's best cities for culture, shopping and a good beach and promenade. Don't expect everyone to speak English in town or city but John and Julie can provide local knowledge and help in getting about. We went for the Formula 1 GP and had the benefit of being close to the circuit but away from the crowds and got better value for money than a city centre hotel. And you can keep your own company if you want to or have a friendly chat with John or Julie or any of the dogs who will keep you busy if you need a bit of a diversion.

We stayed at Casa Julianna back in August this year, we had a fantastic time. Accommodation is excellent everything you could ask for, clean, great facilities and you can come and go as you please which is perfect. John and Julie are great hosts and very helpful. Loved the dogs and horses. It is a a great location, you can experience real Spain, it's not far from the airport or Valencia city, lots to do and great sites to see. Looking forward to going back in 2009.

Country holiday

Giddy up girl Aldershot, Hants
Review Submitted: December 5, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008
We found Julie and John to be very welcoming and warm. The advert is extremely accurate. The rooms are to a high standard and were kept in pristine condition. We have stayed with Julie and John several times because they are only about 30-45 minutes away from anything; towns, beaches, shopping, countryside, places of interest etc etc. Lliria and the nearby towns all provided many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this accommodation to friends, family or anyone else who I knew was looking for a lovely holiday with a difference. It is so nice to take a holiday that isn't part of a package holiday and to be free to come and go as one pleases. Julie and John have pets which makes you feel at home immediately on arrival. The horses are an especially nice part of the household.
All in all a home from home and very good value for money. We will be back soon Julie.
