Reviews of Property: Large 150sq m, 3 bed, 2 bath, directly on the marina, pool

We have recently returned from 10 wonderful days staying in this apartment.

It has gorgeous views over the port and the Med. Every morning we would watch the sun come up over the horizon.

Very clean and well equipped.

One or two suggestions. As the kitchen is large a dishwasher would be an advantage, especially if families are staying and the small item of a tray.

My family and I have just returned from a fantastic holiday in this apartment. The description given was exact with many things better than expected. There were 6 in our group, 3 adults and 3 children. There was more than enough space for all, the lounge was very comfy, and three good double bedrooms with plenty of storage. The two bathrooms and extra toilet made life a lot easier especially after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and clean as was the entire apartment; we ate in for some meals so the large balcony was often used this made for a very relaxing meal.
A good selection of shops and restaurants are within easy reach and the supermarket next to information centre will provide all the food you need and is cheaper than Open Cor .
The beach was close with very good facilities; the children also enjoyed the pool. We visited Gibraltar, Ronda, Marbella, Puerto Banus,Mijas and a Water Park using public transport buses not always running to time but it is away of getting round. We also enjoyed walking a long the beach to the old town of Estepona , a local travel agent also booked a coach trip to Seville for us.
We would recommend the apartment with out any hesitation as the booking was very easy, and talking or e-mailing the owner meant we could ask anything we needed to know.

We have just arrived from 3 wonderful weeks i Estepona - and the apartment was great. Lots of space and enough baths and bedrooms for our teenagers to use the time they wanted for freshing up. Our contact with owner was very good from the first request this winter, and he even took contact under our stay for to make sure it was all right.
The location was good, and the view over the marina even better . The property seemed well maintained - it was clean everywhere expect from the kitchen where glasses and closets could need a real clean-over.. (We are sure it will be done when owner read this...)

Estepona was a nice city with good beaches and we made day-trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella and Malaga - and we had an overnight-stay in Morocco.
We rented a car - but if others do - we strongly recommand them not to try to drive into the apartment complexs parkingarea - not even for dropping luggage. It was much easier to drive and park by the Supermarked just over the road !

We sure can recommand this apartment to friends !

This apartment has fantastic extensive marina and sea views. The communal pool is well maintained and useful for children. Conveniently located for the (easy walking distance) marina, beach and Estepona old town. The marina is relaxed but lively enough to offer a range of restaurants, take-aways and a couple of handy supermarkets, as well as hosting a craft market on Sundays.
