Eagle Pointe Villa

We are lucky enough to have visited this fantastic villa twice now & hope to visit again next year.
The location is quiet & peaceful with lovely views of the lake. It is close and easily accessible to all attractions/water parks and we have visited the coasts on both occassions.
There are a good choice of restaurants nearby with Kissimmee Old Town being only 5 minutes away. The shopping malls are also close by and Walmart only 5 minutes away.
The accommodation is excellent, very spacious & luxurious. Having its own superb pool with multi-coloured lighting after dark really made our holiday!
Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy, the owner, when helping us to organise every aspect of our holiday.
We would and have highly recommended this villa to friends & family.

We had a fantastic time and loved Wendy's villa. It was the perfect place to come home to every night. The kids loved the pool (they have donated 2 sharks to the pool toy collection) and my mum swam 20 lengths every morning!
The location of the house was brilliant and the privacy and view of the lake perfect.
We will definately recommend to friends and would book again ourselves when we return to florida (hopefully soon!)

Superb Florida Villa

The best holiday villa we have rented! Superb facilities throughout. Can't say enough good things about the place!
It was our first visit to Florida with the kids and the villa really helped make our holiday one to remember.
Ideally situated for all Disney and Universal parks - ten min drive from all bars/restaurants.
Nothing better after a full day at the theme parks than a dip in your own pool.
We will definitely go back and have recommended to friends.

Fantastic Villa, Good location

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children had a fantastic time at Wendy's villa last year. Booking with Wendy is very easy and she provides lots of interesting and useful information. The villa has all the amenities you could possibly want and you really feel as thought you are at home. The games room is useful if it does rain in the afternoons, and you are in!, The swimming pool and views of the lake are wonderful and we even saw a baby alligator. The villa is a 15/20 min drive away from the Disney parks and International Drive, and only 5/10 mins away from restaurants and shopping centres. We would definately recommend it to anyone and would love to be able to visit again in the future.
Eagle Pointe Villa

We stayed in this villa in 2007 and have booked to return next year - it was perfect! The villa is certainly luxurious and had everything we needed for a family holiday and more! Fantastic location for all the Orlando attractions, but also a holiday in itself with its superb pool and lake. The owners were incredibly helpful and gave us lots of advice on our first visit to Florida.

A lovely villa in lovely surroundings. Spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. Loved the pool and games room, just what the doctor ordered after a day in the parks. The villa is in a good position and is about 20 mins from the major attractions. It is also well sited for wal marts and has plenty of nearby eateries. g
