No need to worry about whether you have selected the right villa when deciding where to stay because this place is just perfect.

We are a family of five and we all had the time of our lives. The villa had everything you could ask for - its secluded yet only 15 mins from almost everywhere you would want to go. There's also a great cake shop for morning croissants just up the road!

We were very well looked after both in the build up to the holiday and while we were there too - many many thanks.

Owner's Response: It's such a buzz when guests enjoy the villa as much as we do!

Fantastic property, ideal for a relaxing break

Well, it is as good as it looks,if not better. The villa is perfectly located for a peaceful, and relaxing holiday, far from the madding crowds !
The accommodation was ideal for us - two adults, plus adult son,and a teenage daughter, with ample space to eat and relax, both inside and out . The kitchen was really well fitted, and once we had worked out how to use the dishwasher, life became even easier.
The pool was marvellous, and used by our teenager even on the wet day we experienced whilst in the Algarve .
If you want clubs, pubs, resturaunts and bars , Quinta Primavera is not for you . The isolation means that you need a car to get around, but there are ample amenities within 15 minutes drive.
The villa owner recommended a local car hire company, which we organised from the UK.The rep was waiting with the car at the airport, and we drove away, with some trepidation, given the reputation of Portugese drivers ! All was well, and the villa was within easy reach of both local and major roads
We stayed away from all of the tourist areas, and enjoyed the local town of Loule, with it's typical Portugese market . Stray away from the main streets, and you experience a taste of the real Portugal , with its charming cafes and resturaunts , with espresso at as little as 50 cents a shot and sandwiches from 1.50 euro
All in all, the villa, and communication with the owner could not have been better, thank you very much to Anne !

Fantastic seculded villa. The perfect getaway!

Review Submitted: July 19, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
We have had an amazing holiday at this beautiful villa. The pool is fantastic and much fun has been had on all the inflatables! The bbq area is great and we have enjoyed at least one everyday! The property itself is really well equiped and homely. It has a great living/dining area which is really spacious and is maintained to a high standard throughout. The villa is so peaceful all you can really hear is the odd dog bark or bird sing! However, although the villa is secluded it is only a short drive away from many of Algarves key attractions and beaches. The owner Anne has been fantastic, really friendly and helpful. All in all we have had a fanastic holiday and only wish we could have stayed for another week! Thank you Anne and family!!

Owner's Response: As you can see adults have as much fun on the inflatables as the kids!!!!!

Our stay at the villa in may 2009 was very enjoyable, the villa pool and gardens are really private(the kids loved it) and perfect for a peaceful break but at the same time most of the algarve is just a short drive away, Spain is only 60k away to the east.if you want to combine a beach holiday with days around your own private pool visiting local restuarants or having your own barbecues then this villa is perfect.Once you,ve sorted out where the shops, garage and supermarket are its easy to get around and it will feel like a home from home.Hope to revisit soon as possible but hopefully with a much better exchange rate.

We stayed at the Villa in September 08 and we had the greatest time. The villa was all we hoped it would be and more. So convienent from the airport and tucked away just enough to be really quiet and private but not to far away from the local village to feel like an island. The decor in the Villa is perfect and the kitchen is like home from home. The swimming pool is really clean and perfect to cool down in. We thought we would have gone out more at night but we stayed in and had great BBQ's and listned to music and midnight swims when we were brave enough! The owners are just fab and were really helpfull and we are so glad that we found there beautiful Villa. We shall definatly be going back but just not to sure I will tell too many people in case they get fully booked...ssshhhhhh......

A great villa, as described in details. Bathrooms really good. Pool perfect for a hot day. Good facilities with an excellent washing machine, important with the children!
Ideally located for getting around. Quick journey to and from airport, but no noise of plane. Do need a car. Really helpful owner and management company.

Relaxing Break

Review Submitted: April 22, 2008 Date of Stay: March 2008
We stayed here for a week in March 2008. The villa was very clean and well furnished making it feel very homely. We were ideally located to get around the Algarve(car essential) only not close enough to bars to have a drink and walk back.
We had a great week lovely and relaxing. The letting company was very helpful dealing with queries efficiently. All in all lovely villa in lovely location.
Would note that proximity to football stadium meant roads were very busy when a match was on.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments.

FYI in the 6 years we've owned the villa the stadium which is approx 5 km away has only been used on 9 occasions!!!!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this wonderful Villa. With two children aged 6 and 3 it was perfect as it offered complete privacy and the pool can be viewed from all the main living areas making it easy to watch the children at all times.
The decoration throughout was superb and the villa was exceptionally clean when we arrived, with everything provided to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. The owners went out of their way to make the whole process easy and a passing comment about swimming floats and armbands resulted in an e-mail within 24 hours saying they had arranged for a friend in Portugal to drop some at the Villa prior to our arrival to save us the bother of taking them ourselves! A wonderful villa with wonderful owners - we will be back.

We, my boyfriend and I had a great holiday here in June 06. It was an ideal base for exploring the area, the villa was well equipped, clean and spacious. We enjoyed it so much we are going there again this year with friends in July 08.

Thanks also to the owners for their advice about the area and making the booking process simple.

Stayed here for two weeks during September 2007 with my elderly mother who has limited mobility. The property is single storeyed with no steps and she was able to cope well. It was warm and sunny with temperatures generally in the high 70's. Mostly we were able to eat outside. The detached house is one of four clustered at the end of a track. Apart from the occasional dog barking we were never aware of the neighbours and the house is not overlooked. Whilst certainly being away from it all in the countryside, anything we needed was only a short drive away. Faro airport can be accessed in around 30 minutes. The house proved to be a great base for exploring the generally less exploited eastern end of the Algarve. There are several villages and towns within easy driving distance as well as some excellent and very welcoming local restaurants. Beautiful sandy beaches again can be reached in around 30 minutes. The house was adequately furnished and generally comfortable. The kitchen, although very well equipped, lacked a dishwasher and was looking in need of a refit. The house is set in its own attractive, gated grounds but doesn't have what you'd call a view. However the pool and walled terrace are a great feature of this house and come equipped with a large electronic blind to provide much needed shade, as well as comfortable patio dining and sun bathing furniture. The pool and outside areas were regularly cleaned and well maintained. The house was also spotless (again let down by the kitchen) and ready for our arrival. We were met, as arranged, at the house by the owner's agent and it was reassuring to know that during our stay he was only a phone call away. The owner was very helpful and friendly prior to our visit. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to escape from the worst excesses of mass tourism and doesn't mind working a bit at getting to know the local area.

Owner's Response: Peter is quite right about the kitchen, hence we had a new one fitted in December '07!
