Reviews of Property: Luxury house situated above Burriana beach Nerja

We had a wonderful holiday at Las Flores in August 2009, the house easily accommodated three generations of the same family, including two small children. There was enough space for us all, the little extras at the house (dvds, books and cds, a welcome pack when we arrived etc) were greatly appreciated and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday in Las Flores, the house is beautifully kept and extremley well furnished. There were six people in our party and there was lots of room for us all to spread out. As the grandparents we had the bottom suite which was very useful sometimes to escape !
Everything about this house is great,the kitchen very well situated and equipped to the roof terrace were we had our cocktails each evening.We had a party for our grandsons 17th birthday whilst we were there with a total of 23 people,not a problem this house accomodated everyone wonderfully..
I cannot speak too highly of this property and would reccomend highly.

I cannot rate Las Flores highly enough. My Family and I stayed at Las Flores for the Christmas and New Year period and all had a throughly relaxing holiday.
The villa itself is large and airy and extremely clean throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped and has more than enough kichen items and again is extremely clean. Also, the large welcome pack is more than generous and was very much appreciated. There is also plenty of clean linen and towels for your holiday period.
I also found the owner of the villa Mrs Forbes very helpful and found that she went out of her way to answer any of my questions.
As a family we are all very much looking forward to our next visit to Las Flores. Jolie & Family

We have been coming back to Nerja and this property in particular for several years now. It is perfectly situated in a quiet lane a short walk downhill to Burriana Beach, Nerja. For anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in charming surroundings, you couldn't go wrong with Las Flores. The house itself is immaculately kept, during our time using this property the kitchen has been regularly updated and the furnishings changed regularly. The property is big enough to accomodate 6 adults with ease, we have done so with all the family and with a combination of friends, on each occasion we found there was ample space so as not to feel crowded. It is split over four floors with stairs, so the only proviso would be stair gates for toddlers would be a necessity. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, we cooked large family meals with ease, finding all the equipment & utensils we needed at hand - something which you rarely find in holiday lets. The pool is on a quiet terrace just outside, its generally very quiet, as are the apartments nearby. Burriana is only a short walk away (5 mins downhill) and is a bustling beach and restaurant area. There are plenty of shops and bars, though you don't hear any of them at night from Las Flores! The town of Nerja is about a 15 minute walk away. Its a delightful town, very family friendly with lots to explore. Further afield are the caves and some lovely smal villages, Frigilliana being one well worth seeing. This property would be ideally suited to families with children, those with teenagers who can be allowed out on their own in a 'safe' environment, or older couples without the kids, there really is something for everyone here. The owners take great care to ensure guests are well received and we have never had anything less than excellent service. There is an English contact locally, who responds immediately to any problems, I am really struggling to say anything negative at all. My advice is try it, you'll love it.
