Reviews of Property: Well equipped ground floor apartment - great location - Property 66864

Very nice appartment, we were there with 3 persons, 6 is a bit to much I think. Nice swimming pool. To bad there was no wind....

We stayed in this apartment for one week. When we arrived we were early however the lady who was cleaning the apartment let us in early so we at least dumped our belongings and sat round the pool whilst she finished cleaning the apartment. All the facitilites in this apartment were brilliant. The first time we have ever had a washing machine on holiday and it was much easier. The apartment is on the ground floor, and the sun terrace looks over the pool area. Great for keeping an eye on the kids. Although these apartments are residential, there are many other of the apartments occupied by holiday makers. We never saw any trouble everyone was very nice. Even some of the residents came round the pool too.
El medano is a nice place, not many brits there so makes it much better for me. There are no drunken yobs falling around in the streets here. There are lots of wind surfers and kite surfers there. So if watersports is your thing, go for it. There is always a nice breeze here, hence the wind and kite surfers. There are bars and restaurants however this is not full of them like Las Americas and the like. A small but lovely place to stay in Tenerife.

A very good location to stay for your quit vacation or surf holiday. Close to the center of town where you can find nice restaurants/bars and it is only a small walk to the surf beaches. Appartment is well equipped but beds are small for long persons.

We had a wonderful holiday in this property. We have been coming to El Medano for 25 years and this was one of the best. The apartment is great for the children as the access to the pool is perfect. You can stay in your apartment and still be close to them as it is so close to the pool. It is far enough away from the centre to remain peaceful and it is close to walk to in the evening or to get to the beach. It is also close to the lovely harbour to walk around in the evening

We may be biased because we love El Medano so much and will continue to come and I hope this apartment will be available.

Good location, about 10min from airport (taxi costs 12Euros). All amenities not far than 5mins walk,quiet residental area, little bit windy but we like it in very hot weather. Owner provide us excellent service,property is good enough for holiday and long stay too,area and pool are maintained daily. Cost at restaurants and bars are very low,main course for two people at chinese restaurant (FANTASTIC!!!) cost about 8 - 10 euros,beer 2 euros, cigarettes 1.60euros etc... We can recomended this area and property for everybody,especially for those, who doesn´t like rush (as at "Playa Americana"). There is lots of opportunities for travelling through island,to volcano "El Teide", aquapark "Loropark" etc,hired car (Clio) costs 32 euros per day!! We can say just one word: EXCELLENT !!!
