Modern, clean and well-located apartment

I'd certainly recommend this nicely designed flat (apartment). There is secure ground-floor parking with indoor access to the stairwell and lift (elevator). It is very well located, with stunning views over the harbour from the lounge and master bedroom. It is only a few yards from a very good curry house, and there are many other pubs, clubs and restaurants in the neighbouring leisure complex. There is also a Tesco Express a couple of blocks away. The flat is within a short cab ride of the Millennium Stadium, the train station, the city centre pedestrian shopping precinct, the castle, and the pubs and clubs of St Mary's Street.
The flat is well stocked up with cooking equipment, and, unusually for self-catering accommodation, basic cooking ingredients such as oil, spices, flour, butter etc etc, such that you only need to shop for the main ingredients of your meals that you are likely to actually use during your stay.
Just three points for the owner to improve on - there are only three stools at the breakfast bar (and no alternative dining table) despite the fact that the accommodation is clearly intended for up to four guests. The second (bunk) bedroom, whilst much smaller than the master, is perfectly functional, except for the bizarre fact that there are no blinds or curtains (drapes) over the windows, meaning that the sunlight wakes you from 5am in the summer months. Lastly, the instructions for leaving various appliances on or off are overly proscriptive - I want to relax when I am on holiday, not be worrying about whether I'll forget to leave the dishwasher unplugged when I leave!
But overall, a lovely flat, and good value for money - well done!
