I found this villa online last year upon return from a dreadful stay in a resort and after reading the reviews, looking at the photographs etc, I knew we weren't going to be disappointed.
When we opened the front door on arrival, my first thought was wow! the photos I'd viewed online, lovely as they are, do not do this wonderful property justice. The villa was clean, very spacious and had all the home comforts you need. We are a family of four including 2 children, aged 6 & 7 and the property had everything you could think of to keep the kids entertained. They particularly loved the trampoline and of course the pool, (which was a lovely warm temperature) and also liked to help to water the lovely patio plants. Villa Victoria was able to keep all the family happy, hubby could stay in the shade keeping his beer cool whilst I soaked up the sun with the kids by the pool. Lovely evening bbq's were enjoyed by all.
The villa has a lovely location, set in a quiet residential area but just a short walk from the nearest amenities. The kids particluar liked the play park just around the corner.
The owner Sue, has thought of everything, this is a real "home from home". She gives accurate and valuable advice prior to departure and also is on hand throughout your stay as and when required.
The only regret we have is not booking for 2 weeks. Will definately be returning to Villa Victoria.

I Recently stayed at the villa with my family and i must say the villa was wonderful it accomadated all your needs and was very child friendly. There was also lots of notes on how to work certain electrical goods so you knew exactly what you where doing. I would certainly recommend this villa, i myself found Lanzarote a little expensive so i am not sure if i would go back, but if i could take the villa on my travels i most certainly would.

We had a great time and the villa is lovely and has everything you need. Absolutely ideal for little ones, we brought my 3 year boy and he had a fantastic time. The weather was great and we enjoyed a few great days out.
The villa is centrally located with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance as is the beach.
Sue was really helpful and all in all it was a great holiday.

This is a beautiful villa very spacious and comfortable, fantastic for children as everything is there for you, play house, trampoline, toys, cot, highchair. Pool is lovely. We liked the layout of the villa as it allowed us all to have our own space at the same time. The service from Sue was fantastic throughout. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to go again.

Our two week stay in this beautiful villa was wonderful. There were five of us ranging from a three yr old toddler to my parents. From the sun drenched back patio to the shaded verandah to the trampline and wendy house, this villa was ideal for all our different preferences for an ideal holiday. The lockable pool area meant that our young daughter could play safely. The villa was truely idyllic and luxurious. On top of this the owners we very helpful and frindly when we contacted them. I am already looking forward to returning.

We were very impressed with this spacious well equipped villa. It is well maintained and very clean. Lots of toys for the kids. Ideal layout for our 2 families sharing. Short walk to the centre without being too close. Quiet private area. We loved the front veranda which was in shade all day and offered a great place to dine. Kids loved the pool.
We did hire a car so that we could try out a few of the beaches and do some sightseeing around the island.
If we ever return to Lanzarote we would want to stay here. I wish I was there now!!!

This is are second time at the Villa and once again we had as a family of eight a wonderful time. The facilities where excellent and the children loved the pool. Just a 15 minute walk and you are at the beach and the town is only another five minutes away. On route there are plenty of shops bars and restaurants and and the Aqua Park is only a short walk away from the villa. The owner was extremely helpful in providing all the information we needed.

We booked this villa as it was recommended to us by a friend. So I wasnt one bit worried as what to expect when we arrived as in the past we have been left disappointed at the accomodation so many times. Not this time. This villa is truly lovely in a picturesque location. It was spacious, modern and had everything we could wish for. We had seven in our party ranging from my 2 and half year old toddler to my mum who is 72. We all had our own space and didnt once feel on top of each other. The pool is fantastic, my 10 year old son lived in it, as did my daughter and her boyfriend. My toddler also loved it as Sue provides all the armbands, rubber rings you could possibly need. The fact that the pool is gated off was also another thing we didnt have to worry about with a young toddler, as so many villas havent got this luxury. Also all the toys for the children are brilliant. It felt like a home from home, only better. My youngest spent a lot of time with his watering can watering Sue's lovely plants, which Im sure she will appreciate. Lastly, Sue the villa owner is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. For a totally relaxing and trouble free holiday in lovely accomodation I can totally recommend Villa Vaictoria and Im sure we will be back in the future.

Lovely villa in peaceful location

The villa is beautiful, with every amenity available. Very spacious and comfortable, and ideal for families. The patio is lovely with lots of shrubs and plants, both in the rear and front of the villa . Sunbeds very comfortable, lovely pool etc. The front area has really nice comfortable cane furniture where my husband would retreat to with his book and newspapers. We rented as a couple, but would definitely return with family and friends. It is our 4th visit to Costa Teguise - we like the resort as it has lots of nice bars and restaurants. The villa is within a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach and shops, etc. There is no need for hire car, although we did hire a car for 3 days to explore some of the Island. We prefer Lanzarote to Tenerife because of the low rise buildings, influenced by the architect and artist, Cesar Manrique. If you do hire a car, we would recommend you visit some of the monuments, particularly Jameos Del Agua, which is a system of underground passages and caves. Last, but not least, the owner, Sue, was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We have been to Costa Teguise many times but this was the first time in a villa, and what a villa it was! It was fab! For a large party of 10 (6 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child and a baby) this villa was just what we needed - we had so much space, both inside and out, that we were never in each other's way. The younger members of the party thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the extensive choice of seating outside was great as you could follow the sun during the day, and the computer and the TV (especially with the slingbox facility) was great - especially for the sports fans of the party. We particularly chose this villa as it was set up for a baby which meant that we didn't have to worry about chairs and cots, etc. Sue was a great help before and during our stay. This and the lovely villa just helped us to have a great time! What a wonderful relaxing holiday - we just wish that we'd been able to go for 2 weeks!
