The pictures do not do this villa justice - from the moment we arrived i knew we going to have a great holiday!

it is so spacious and clean, you actually have nothing to worry about from clean towels to the first cup of tea when you arrive it has all been thought of, it is kept to the highest standard nothing is in need of attention

The 3 bedrooms are huge and all ensuite - the living area means no one is caught for space and sky tv keeps the sports fanatics entertained!

The pool is perfect the water is clear and there are lots of inflatables and deck chairs, The garden is also great if you had young children it is fullt inclosed and safe

The games room is also great as we had two restless teenagers with us!

we rented a car but really there isnt much need as the bus stop is 2mins away and 5mins takes you to Mijas which is so pretty! The airport is also only about 25mins away so a taxi wouldnt cost too much

Valpariso is two minutes walk from the gate and it is fantastic for a full night out, 12 of us went and the service is fantastic and the food is unbelievable and the night we were there the entertainment included flaminco dancers and a two piece band and lots and lots of dancing

we are already looking at booking this villa again!

The Most Perfect Villa for relaxation

Review Submitted: May 21, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
We have just returned from this fantastic getaway. It was unbelievable from start to finish. As soon as we arrived from walking though the private gates to the villa we were amazed with the sheer magnificence of this gorgeous place, we certainly didnt expect it to be so spacious, clean, everything you could ever want for a holiday. We have a one year old and a 3 year old so we were worried about their safety and sleeping arrangements as they sleep in their own rooms at home but when we saw the bedrooms there were no worries whatsoever, they were massive all with en suite bathrooms beautifully decorated and so secure. The kitchen was a dream so big, open plan and great for the kids. The lounge was huge with sky tv and very homely. The gardens and pool were spotlessly clean and absolutely stunning. The garden area is a great place in the evening also as there is a beautiful bbq to have that lovely bottle of wine besides. There is even fresh fruit to hand pick off the trees. All in all it was a perfect holiday so much so we didnt want to come home nor did the children. We will be booking this villa again and returning very soon. Thankyou so much to Pia for her hospitality greeting us with a fridge full of necessities and helping the booking go so well answering all my questions. I have already recommended this villa to all my friends. In relation to the restaurants we did stick to the owners recommended restaurants and we found them to be fantastic- Don Pe in Fuengerolla we visited a few times i have to say, it was fantastic. Mijas in the day we had some great lunches in the little cobbled streets and a great donkey ride in the mountains for the children.
We hired a car to go too and from places especially as we had children and we were glad we had it just to nip here and there but the bus outside the villa on a few occassions we used in the eveing was so cheap- 5 mins one way to Mijas or 5 mins the other to Fuengerola. I would say the villa is a perfect place for that break you well need, completely faultless!!!! Absolutely loved it... Thankyou very much... Dave/Hayley

Fantasic from start to finish!!

Review Submitted: July 25, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
Prior to booking the holiday, we had done a lot of internet searching as it was to be our first villa holiday. We ended up choosing the Elefante Blanco as, not only did it seem to stand out from the rest but their prices were extremely competitive.

Upon arrival and opening the front door, we knew we had made the right decision. The Villa was absolutely stunning, both inside and out. The pictures on the website certainly did not do the ‘real thing’ any justice at all. We were greeted by Pia on the first day and knowing that she was available any time we needed her was a real bonus.

The kitchen was beautiful, with a large fridge freezer, washer drier, microwave, electric hob, oven, ironing board, in fact everything you could possibly need on a self catering holiday. Then the bedrooms…well I think we were all left speechless at the space, the lovely large en-suites in the two main bedrooms and the size of the beds!!

We travelled as two families, each with one child, a boy of 15 and a girl of 9. This villa was perfect for all our needs. The pool was a haven for the children, the coolness of the air-conditioning in the villa after a hot day was a blessing and the sheer size of the villa if you needed a little bit of ‘me’ time was heaven!

The location was perfect, only a 5 minute bus ride away to the beautiful White Mountain village of Mijas or to the bustling coastal town of Fuengirola, each journey costing one euro ten cents.

The whole holiday experience was amazing from start to finish and one of the very few places where we have said, the moment we departed that we must come back.

Thank you very much from all of us, we can’t wait to return next

The nicest Villa I've ever stayed in!

Charlie-Bobs Yorkshire
Review Submitted: July 14, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
I recently stayted at El Elefante Blanco with my parents and little sister. I wasn't looking forward to the holiday as much as I would've a few years ago as at 20 years old I was worried I'd have to spend all week just with my parents with not much to do - I realised I had nothing to worry about as soon as we got there!
The photos do not do this beautiful villa justice! The kitchen is huge and fully equipped (excellent if you have a tight budget & want to cook in), & also great as it has a washer/dryer so no more annoying handwashing! When I first went into the kitchen, I thought I had walked straight into a showhouse it's so posh! The bedrooms are ENORMOUS, all with en suite facilities & the 2 larger bedrooms even have baths! The upstairs bedroom was great for me as it meant I could go up and do my own thing without being disturbed. All the bedrooms are beautiully decorated with plenty wardrobe space and the comfiest beds!
The living room is fabulous! The Tv with dvd player and Sky kept my sister happy as she was up at 6am every day! It also has a book shelf full to accomodate anyone's tastes. This was great for my dad as he left his new books on the plane!
The pool is awesome, I've stayed at hotels with smaller ones! It's in great condition too, the pool man came twice during our week! As a bit of a sun hater the garden was great for me as on the patio there's a shaded area with table, but the garden's so big you can drag your sunlounger wherever if you like to tan it up like my mum!
Also, when I got too warm even outside, I either sat in any of the fully Air Conned (so quiet you don't realise it's there) rooms or just went down to the awesome games room and played some darts! We often found ourselves down there when we got in on a night, spending hours playing darts, pool and fusball!
The big front gate and secure locks on all the doors make you feel so safe, and there are even baby gates by the stairs so we didn't need to worry about my little sis.
The location of the Villa is perfect, only a 5 minute bus ride into the main town (the buses run regularly until late), but also far enough out to be nice and quiet. The town has everything - lots of beautiful but reasonable restaurants, a lovely beach, great shops etc! It also only took about an hour to get from the airport to the villa on the train and bus at minimal cost!
This holiday was the best I've ever been on, and it was largely due to this fabulous villa - Thank you so much!

Too much of a good thing is wonderful!

Having searched for what felt like an age for the perfect villa for our summer holiday, my 5 friends and i, all female, eventually settled on El Elefante Blanco. Arriving late at night i didn't think it possible to muster any enthusiasm but walking through the front door i was completely overwhelmed! The villa is quite simply beautiful and finished to the highest standards. High ceilings, open beams, and original features dominate the reception areas, where as the kitchen is modern and sleek. All of the bedrooms (and their en suites) are simple and stunning, with plenty of storage space (even for 6 girls and the clothes haul we insisted on transporting)!!! The games room (with a full sized pool table) and Sky Digital in the living room were 2 of the many added bonuses!

Outside we were again treated to further beauty. The grounds are well kept and colourful, and the pool perfect for cooling off.

As to the location of the villa, it is approximately 5 to 10 mins by bus into Fuengirola, and the same in the opposite direction to Mijas. The bus stop is less than a minute's walk away. Every night we went for drinks before dinner and found the bars to be full of atmosphere. The food was excellent, we didn't have a bad meal, but saying that we did tend to stick to the recommendations made in the villa's manual, compiled by the owner.

All in all our week away was everything we could have asked for. If staying at El Elephante Blanco, i refuse to believe someone could be anything other than happy with their holiday.

Our wonderful Holiday In Villa Elefante Blanco

Charlies Angels West Yorkshire, England
Review Submitted: June 9, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
We had one of the most enjoyable holidays we have ever had, in this lovely villa, away from it all but also within easy reach of everything that was required.
The Villa was spotless both inside and out.
There is a bus stop within a minutes walk and the buses run approx every half an hour which we found useful on our evenings out in Fuengirola.
In general I don't think the pictures do the villa justice as it is even nicer than they suggest.
Would recommend to anyone families or couples would enjoy everything the villa has to offer.
We are hoping to go back next year!

Our stay at elephanto blanco villa was the ideal place to get away from it all, lovely mountain setting, and an ideal base to explore all what the andulucian coast has to offer. The villa is set in beautiful grounds and it is very pleasant to just chill around the villa and the pool, all the bedrooms are large and well presented and very comfortable all with ensuite .We enjoyed our stay there and would rate it as an excellent choice for any family or friends looking for a good holiday. Plenty of good restaurants and an ideal base for any golfer.
