We were so Lucky!!!!!!!!!

Dear Alex, thank you so much for having us again in your apartment and for your (always the best) welcome!
We had the best time, you have the greatest apartment, it´s so good to go to Lisbon and feel at home, and listen Amalia in the evening in your marvelous - so portuguese - livingroom! We certainly come back again and next time we want to share it with some friends! "Saudade", John and Gabi

We loved the experience, we loved the apartment (much better than the pictures), we loved Lisbon and the we can never forget the feeling of beeing late night on the apartment´s sofa looking at the beautifull old iluminated castle... or waking up and see the incredible light invading the livingroom. Great decoration! Oh, and the location is perfect close to all we needed. Alex gave us extreemly good tips about tours, restaurants, shops, discos... Thanks for everything! We already miss Lisbon and this great apartment! We will definitly come back. See you soon Alex!

This was just the perfect place for us and our honymoon. Both cozy and stylish. Great location. Very nice landlady. Clean. Nice rooms. Everything we needed. Perfect for two couples.
The only downside was that it was on the 5. floor without an elevator. But 5. floor also get great view.

I would very much recommend it, and if I go back to Lisboa I would stay there again.

A charming apartment in a charming city. Centric and originally decorated.
The views to the castle of San Jorge are superb. From its small balcony the cadence of Lisbon can be felt (music in the places, the sound of the Tran..)

El piso en la Baixa de Lisboa es magnífico. Es soleado, con vistas increíbles al castillo de San Jorge y al Tajo. La decoración es de buen gusto y totalmente acorde con las características de la casa. El baño es totalmente nuevo, la cocina está muy bien equipada y la situación de la casa es inmejorable. En 2 minutos llegamos andando al centro neurálgico de Lisboa, o sea, a la Plaza de Rossio donde se puede coger el metro o autobús a cualquier punto de la ciudad pero si deseamos podemos ir andando a todos los puntos importantes: al castillo de San Jorge, al Barrio de Alfama, al Chiado, al Barrio Alto- el punto con más marcha de toda la ciudad con sus restaurantes y bares. Dicho de otra forma, es la localización perfecta para salir por el día a conocer la ciudad o por la noche para ir de marcha sin necesidad de coger el coche o autobús. Además la casa es muy cómoda y con una relación calidad/precio perfecta. Alexandra (la dueña de la casa) conoce muchísimos restaurantes en Lisboa y os puede aconsejar según vuestro interés: un restaurante romántico para una velada especial, el restaurante más de moda para ver y ser visto, la mejor cocina, el más popular, en fin, hay de todo y Alexandra lo conoce. Lo mejor es que también está al tanto de todos los bares y discotecas lo que la convierte en el mejor guía de la ciudad, siempre actual.
Para mi fueron las vacaciones perfectas en el sitio perfecto. Espero volver a Lisboa, cuando lo haga será en este piso, seguro.

We were 4 friends from different countries and we had the best time in this apartment - Good things:
- superb location
- very clean
- the greatest welcome from the owner
- excelent decoration, very well taken care
- well equiped
- sunny
- confortable
- romantic
- great view of the old castle
- great portuguese music provided by the owner!!!
Not so good things:
- It doesn´t have portuguese spoken tv...
We all would like to come back! And we all recomend this apartment.

We had a great time in this beautifull decorated apartment! Perfect! Lots of light and sun, a fantastic view, the best location we could ever imagine and the very nice owner helped us a lot with great tips of Lisbon. Certainly an apartment full of history, very clean and very confortable, equiped with mostly everything we needed. This is an experience to repeat! Grazie Alessandra for making us fell at home! Arrivederci!

We 3 enjoyed our stay immensely in February and were lucky to have nice weather. The flat was very clean and well equipped and the owner was very helpful with tips and advice of things to do in the city. It is very convenient for airport bus and buses to Sintra, Estoril and city sights and restaurants.

Only proviso, it is on the 5th floor with no lift and stairs and a bit hard for anyone not very fit so be warned. Also I would say it is a bit small for 5 people but if you are out a lot that probably wouldn't matter.

All in all certainly to be recommended and would go back to Lisbon again.
