June 07 We have used Holiday Rentals for our Holidays for the past 6 years and your apartment is the best to date being modern clean in a relaxing location I will recommend to family & friends thank you for arranging our holiday John & Mary Huntingdon July 07 Thanks We had a lovely 14 days at your apartment everything was even better than we had hoped. We visited lots of different place & beaches plus making full use of the pool The restaurants you recommended was spot on we are thinking of coming back next year & will be in touch Paul & family Norway July 07 Best Apartment we stayed in rebooked for next year Christine & family Leics. August 07 Had a fabulous time Luz is great apartment has everything beautiful views restaurants very good re booked for next year Kate & Family Huddersfield.

Holiday at Cristaluz apartment

We have just returned from a week at this apartment, which is wonderful - we knew we were going to like it as soon as we walked through the door. It is very secure, superbly located, spotlessly clean, tasetefully furnished, fully equipped and the views are stunning.
The beach at Praia da Luz is excellent and there are plenty of other good ones nearby.
The owner provides helpful restaurant reviews. We ate at several of those suggested and were not disappointed.
All descriptions on this site were accurate, as were the very helpful directions from Faro airport to the apartment.
We have already started to pass details on to our friends and relatives - and we are definitely going back!

We spent the third week of May 2009 in this lovely apartment. The complex was very quiet and most afternoons we had the communal pool to ourselves.It is very clean and well equipped with everything you need . We ate out most evenings but also prepared two evening meals in the apartment ,which we enjoyed sat around the dining table. The supermarket is only 2 mins walk away and is well stocked including a butchers counter and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.The apartment has hot water on demand so that you can enjoy a soak after a hard day on the beach. The beds and pillows are also very comfortable. Luz is a terrific resort for families and couples alike. It has a great beach and enough restaurants to eat somewhere different each evening without being over commercialised. We hired a car and visited other villages on the western Algarve. The weather was warm and sunny. We will definately be returning.Thanks very much for all the information provided in the visitors book.

What an amazing apartment, the web site does not do justice to what greets you when you open the door. Everything that you need has been made available by the owners, who were exceptionaly helpful. The directions to find the accomodation were excellent, no wrong turns. A short walk, 5 mins, brings you to where the restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket are, and the beach. The views from the balcony, of the sea, are wonderful and well worth spending time looking at whilst having your breakfast. I will definatly be returning to this accomodation and cannot rate it highly enough. Would I recommend it to family and friends YES or perhaps no and I can it to myself as my special place. Thank you to the owners for allowing to use their wonderful apartment.

The apartment was accurately described and very clean on arrival. Beautiful views and a well maintained pool. Kitchen well equiped and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Walk to the beach easy, about ten minutes with 4 yr old in tow, easily 5 without ! The owner was very helpful with our queries and further information, regarding things to do and where to eat out was provided in the apartment. Would definately recommed this apartment to friends

Excellent Apartment on a small private and secure complex. Very clean and modern. Light and airy rooms with everything you need in the apartment for a great holiday. The balcony is good with sun from morning until afternoon (shade if required). It also has nice views. The main pool was heated and cleaned regularly. We ate out a lot at the local restaurants (best to book the day before in the summer) and we didnt have a bad meal. (book in apartment with lots of recommendations) Supermarket nearby with larger ones in Lagos if you have a car. We hired a car, but it would not be essential if you just want a pool/beach based holiday. The owner Ann is very helpful and genuine. We have stayed twice now, and I would recommend this property. We had a great holiday in Luz the apartment is in a good position for the beach and restaurants and has everything you will need and is well looked after and clean the views are stunning and the kids loved the pool your tips on restaurants was a good help We will be in touch soon as we certainly would like to go back

Our second return visit, appartment superb, standards very high, real home from home would highly recommend if you want truly relaxing holiday with all facilities, pool superb, warm and well maintained, many thanks once again.

October 2007 Ian Jayne & Family Wigan This apartment has the wow factor the views are stunning and the apartment is spotless and it has every thing you will need Luz has beautifull beach and good restaurants and the kids loved the pool and the non acholic cocktails at Clives Sol bar. We will definately be coming back. February 2008 from owners guest book Linda & Vincent Canada Sorry to be writing this as we go home today after a wonderfull months stay the weather has been great and the apartment has everything you need so we have rebooked for next year for 9 weeks.
