Reviews of Property: Charming one bedroom apartment close to the sea and all amenities

What a lovely place to stay. Perfectly situated in a very quiet position between the sea, the shops and many good quality restaurants. the apartment feels secure, very homely and was only 2 minutes walk away from a great beach. We have stayed in many places and apartments in Spain, but this one one was probably the best. We hope to be going back again in the near future.

Stayed here in April 2009 - Easter period. Fab apartment with everything you could wish for. Well appointed, clean, tidy and nice and quiet in the evening for a good nights rest. Apartment situation great - close to some fab restaurants just around the corner 'Sloanes' and excellent food in the centre.

We will definitely return here.

Just back from a 5 night stay. This apartment is very well located less than 10 minutes walk from the main shopping area. It was very quiet at night and the large bed was very comfortable. Although we ate out most of the time we had no problem using the oven on one occassion. There is no microwave.
The owner was very easy to deal with and there was a welcoming pack of a bottle of wine, beer and water for us when we arrived.
In order to get to the apartment we used public transport that was very easy to use. We got the No.19 bus from the airport to Malaga bus station at a cost of €1.10. Purchase ticket in bus station at window no. 5 for trip to Nerja, €3.80 and get bus from bus stop no 31 in bus station. It was then a short walk to the apartment.
The apartment was very good value and when combined with the cheap Ryanair flights it made a great base for an out of season break.

Lovely apartment. So convenient for both the more Spanish areas of Nerja and Burriana beach. Within east walking distance of both. Very comfortable living and sleeping areas. As the winter this year was relatively cold in January we were glad that the apartment had heating as well as air-conditioning for the summer months. The information provided before travelling was very good and helpful. We did hire a car as we love to see the countryside around Nerja and certainly in January had no problems parking close to the apartment.

We stayed at the apartment for 1 week in November 08 and found it ideal for our stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped (we cooked in on a few occassions without any problems) and ideally located. It's only a couple of minutes from the beach, and about 10 minutes gentle stroll along the seafront to the centre of Nerja (passing bars / restaurants on the way).

We hired a car (we could park on the road outside the apartment) and had days out to Granada and Gibraltar, and explored some of the countryside (make sure you have a head for heights!).

First time in Nerja and would definitely go back. Although it was quiet (being November) there were still plenty of options for food / drink, and we enjoyed the beach on the sunny days we had.

Just returned fom a week at the apartment w/c 9th Feb everything you could wish for in the apartment, clean, comfortable and close to shops, restaurants and beach. Weather fantastic you would not have beleived that it was February, we both would recommend the location and apartment. When you visit you must see the caves just 10 mins for Nerja town a simple bus ride for less than 1euro, and a day in Frigliana what a wonderful experience great views remember to take your camera. Would recommend the Cottage restaurant especially on a Thursday where you can be serenaded whilst you eat, and Bella Roma just off the balcon.......You dont need a car everything is just a stroll or bus ride away and the buses do turn up on time and cheap way of getting around. Wish we were still there.

This apartment is in a superb location. It is very close to the beaches and town centre but also in a quiet area. The pool is just outside and when we were there in May we had it practically to ourselves. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and well maintained. We had a great time staying in this apartment!

Just a line to tell you how much we enjoyed our winter break in your apartment. How lucky we were to find you in Daltons Weekly online. We have been to Nerja before and couldnt believe how clement the weather was this January. Everyday was 18-22oC, pity we didnt pack our swimmers. Linda was so supportive and accomodating when we got there. We saw so many sights on our way, which made up for the detour. We hope we didnt put her out too much and finally met at 16:30. Most of our holiday we spent motoring in the mountains. I took the advantage of short stops to walk the mountains, whilst Jane watched the goats and shepards (cant walk with me because of her bad back). I cant believe i walked along a man-made water course set into the side of a mountain. Fantastic. Many thanks, Roy and Jane x P.s. Hope to return in Oct 2008!
