Reviews of Property: 3 Bedroom apartment, 2 mins walk to beach, excellent value for money

This is our 6th year in Javea. This apartment is the best value for money. There are enough space even for 5 adults, clean, cool and quiet. We had a lovely time due to the location, walking to the beaches, pool, shops, resturants or the Irish pub. For families with teenagers, we recommend the 'Wok Buffet' across the road.
There is a small complaint from the teenagers : with only one set of keys that they couldn't get in/out easily.

We found the apartment to be clean tidy an well maintained. It is in a very handy location to the beach and main shops and restaurants (id guess about 400m). Also good was the secure parking with remote automatic gates. There is a supermarket right underneath the apartment block - no long walks to the shop. The area around the apartment is quiet at night although not far from the pubs and bars. The area around Javea and the town itself is beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment as an excellent place to stay

This property is at the heart of everything, great accommodation a few minutes from the beach which is child friendly and restaurants for all tastes.Supermarkets beside appartment so you have everything at hand.Even has Sat/tv so you dont have to miss your daily fix,and games for the children which was great boon for us.
Will be back again as the children love it.

My family and I spent 2 weeks in this apartment in June 2007, the owners answered all questions and doubts I had about travelling with a young child, they arranged my transfers and even helped me book my flights, great!
The apartment itself is in the town of Javea, i had never heard of it, but i can assure you i intend to go back. Apartment is completely self sufficient should you chose to dine in, alternatively its offers a wide abundance of fantastic eateries, from Austrian, Tapas, Italian, British.... to name but a few, my favourite being the Italian on the Arenal beach area. The sandy beach is 5 minutes from the apartment, which is handily situated close to a supermarket and restaurants, should you wish not to go to far. Irish pub across the road offers great food and craic too. We walked to near by town, The Port several times, which offers another set of restaurants, great shopping and more. The apartment was clean and very modern with a new kitchen fitted. I would recommend Javea ans this apartment to anyone thinking of holidaying in Spain.

We spent a late summer break in the apartment. It's in a great location just a short walk to the beach and wide clean promenade around the bay. There are so many places to eat along the promenade that we were spoilt for choice! There are Spanish, Austrian, Chinese, Irish, French, the list goes on and on, and the majority at very sensible prices. The best value for money British eatout has to be Scallops, here the prices are unbelievably cheap and the food is plentiful and well cooked, incredible value for money and with a great view of the horseshoe bay. The apartment is bright and airy, has air conditioning which was appreciated on hot balmy evenings. Well equipped with satellite TV and stereo system. There is an excellent washing machine which we found very useful and a secure residents only area where you can hang washing out to dry. We do not like noisy areas when we go on holiday and dread being somewhere where the lagerlout brigade can keep you awake, not a problem here, it was quiet and peaceful probably because most of the residents are locals. Shops - there are several small supermarkets nearby close to the apartment selling a lot of English items with English speaking staff! Also not far away larger supermarkets selling everything you need. There are some upmarket clothing shops offering well know international lables at prices that are roughly half UK prices. We didn't hire a car whilst we were here as we found so much to do in and around the resort, had we stayed longer we would probably have hired one to explore further afield. All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment - it represents very good value for money, we will stay again. The owners are very helpful in organising transportation to and from the apartment. Loved this apartment - it is very central and 5 mins walking distance to Arenal Beach. Plenty of room for us all and every utensil in the kitchen that you need. Satellite TV was great for the kids too. The air conditioning is great when it it very hot.

Would really recommend this place to anyone visiting Javea - which is a fabulous spot - lots of sunshine, beautiful restaurants and very friendly people. All round great.
