Wonderful stay for 3 families

Our family of 12 stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in September with an age range from 3 to 64 years, we had a super time. The villa was clean and well appointed, in a super position on the lake, just off the 192 so well situated for all the theme parks and restaurants and with Walmart just down the road a further plus.
The owner provided us with maps and a large selection of information and after 10 to 12 hours of travel we found it with no problems.
Mark and Bridget were so very helpfull, in fact we were caught up in the Travel City and XL Airways crash, they helped with phone numbers, checked on our new flight time and the owner allowed us to stay extra time in the villa.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa and we will be staying there when we next visit Florida again.

We were a family party of 15 who stayed for two weeks, arriving on Christmas day.

The location is ideal for visiting all the theme parks, whilst also being a relaxing place to stay when you've had enough of the parks for the day. Walmart is just up the road for stocking up the fridge, if you have the patience to wait to pay.

Any questions or problems we encountered ( timimg of the pool heat) were quickly dealt with by Mark or Bridget from the management company. The villa was spotless on arrival and the pool was cleaned during our stay.

We sometimes had to drag the kids out as they were quite happy to play in the pool, or in the games room all day! The lake berkley resort offered extra facilities, we even managed to fit in a game of Tennis, while others just walked around the lake.

We were sent lots of information from the owner before we arrived on places to visit, restaurants and helpful tips. She was very helpful and friendly to deal with. The directions to the villa from the airport were easy to follow.
The security people on the gates were friendly and professional, so we felt secure during our stay.

On arriving home our full deposit was refunded within a week.

I cound'nt fault this property and would definately recommend it and I would not hesitate in staying here again.

I would definitely recommend this villa. The owner was the perfect hostess from our arrival to departure she ensured we had everything we needed. The 7 bedroom house has so much space and is bright and roomy. The open plan kitchen will all you need and 2 dining tables mean you can enjoy cooking at home as well as eating out a one of the many nearby restaurants.

Location couldn't be better. All the Disney parks and resorts easily within 15 minutes drive away but if you want to stay in, the pool / spa area is lovely too, with a great view of the natural lake which I enjoyed a spot of fishing on the non theme park days :) while my family enjoyed the pool

Overall we had an amazing time, this villa is somewhere I would and will be recommending to all my friends and families. Thank you for providing a wonderful and splendid villa.

What a lovely villa in a great location. The english owners were very helpful when we were recently looking for somewhere to stay with our family and friends. Lake Berkley was a new location for us having previously stayed at other luxury developments. We will certainly choose this location again and would have no hesitation using this villa as its quality is very good and it's position is the best on the whole resort.

We had our best holiday ever in Florida and were sad to leave your lovely home again.The villa was spotless as allways and even though we arrived tired a dip in the the crystal clear pool (the photos dont do it justice)was a must and a relax in the spa was enjoyed by both of us.Five weeks could be a long time but we felt so at home with all the cute nick nacks and personal touches you have added that we felt totaly relaxed and at home.My partner Summer loves the view across the lake and the peace and quiet is so enjoyable its a real retreat from the bussel of the parks.The tall long neck birds visited us most days and was hard to work out who was watching who.The new multicoloured pool light is really cool and sitting on the sun deck in the evening you feel its so quiet and private ...well we stayed up real late.So we cant wait to come back again this year.thanks for your help with the park tickets and the car hire it made things so easy.This has allways been the best place I have ever stayed in in Florida and as the owners know thats been a good many.

We stayed at this property in November 08 and had a fantastic time. The villa was superb, it had everything you would need and more.It was clean, well presented and family oriented, the games room was great fun.We had 7 bedrooms so plenty of room for all of us as well as plenty of room to relax in the evening.We loved the pool and welcomed its heat. It is situated on the lake so every day you can see the wild life. I would thoroughly recommend this property and will definately be going back. We loved the Lake Berkley resort and its location.

my family and i stayed in this villa for 3 weeks in march/april 2008. it is a lovely bright spaciouse villa the quality of the furniture and decour was excellent, everywhere was clean and tidy her attention to detail made it very homely and comfortable. the pool area was clean and safe as well maintain as interior. its position to all the theme parks, restaurants and shops was excellent. the manager looked after us and nothing was to much trouble when we had a problem with the waste disposal unit he fixed it that day. we wanted to give our family a hoilday of a life time and the villa helped us to do that. the only down side was having to leave to come home. we would highly recommend it to any one and would go back ourselves.

My husband and I, and our extended family, were thrilled to find this vacation home for our stay in Orlando. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, it was truly a home away from home, exactly as described. After a long day at the parks, we so enjoyed returning to our villa to have dinner, a swim, and a restful night. Everything we needed was provided, and more! Taking some of our meals at "home" made our trip very economical. The Orlando area sites were close by (Disney's Epcot was the crowd favorite) yet it was a pleasure to stay back and enjoy the amenities of our house in peaceful Lake Berkley when we wanted a less hectic day. The owner was very gracious. Her personal touch made us feel as though our vacation was as important to her as it was to us. We have recommended this house to all of our friends who are planning to visit the Orlando area.
