Reviews of Property: New, modern, ground floor apartment leading directly on to pool area

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. We spotted the TV was not working the Friday before your arrival but due to the Spanish public holiday the earliest day the engineer could get to the apartment was the Tuesday. The apartment can accommodate 4 as the sofa bed in the lounge adds to the 2 single beds in the main bedroom, which is good for a family of 4 or group of friends. We will investigate further about the dog barking as we understood that the apartment administration had set new rules this year which would have held owners liable for noisy pets. We were glad the weather was good to you as we had another couple staying at the apartment at the same time last year and they also received good weather. In the meantime please do not hesitate to contact us again in the future as we appreciate your custom.

We are so happy that you have enjoyed the apartment so much that you are now booking again for the third consecutive year. There are local channels in Spanish but at the moment the satellite only has access to English channels. We will investigate further as we do have a number of Spanish speaking guests who also require this service.

Owner's Response: We are glad you enjoyed your stay at the apartment. We apologise that the TV was not working but can assure you that this was fixed as soon as it was brought to our attention. All TV channels, including Spanish, are now working. We do not currently have built-in air-conditioning at the apartment, but will consider this for the future. There are fans inside the apartment, which combined with the outside blue shutters, can cool the air temperature inside. Owner's Response: We are glad you enjoyed the apartment and the location and amenities. There is a beach within walking distance at La Mosca but at the moment I don't believe it has a Blue Flag status. The nearest beach with Blue Flag status is Punta Prima which is about a further 10 minutes walk along the promenade from La Mosca, a very pleasant walk. In the other direction the walk to La Zenia, (the other nearest Blue Flag beach), is about 15 minutes walk from La Mosca. If you have a car it does make life easier, particularly if you are carrying a lot of beach items with you. We hope this didn't put you off your stay and that you will be encouraged to return to the apartment again in the future.

Owner's Response: We are so glad that you had a great stay as our aim is for guests to return home satisfied. There are 4 pools which you can access throughout the complex so it becomes difficult to cost effectively heat all 4 and not practicable to heat only some of these and not all them. The pool temperature can sometimes heat up during midday if there is sufficient prolonged sunshine. High season periods are the best times for this. Although it is warm throughout the year it may not be sufficient to heat the pool during the winter months. There is a bar overlooking the new promenade area along the Punta Prima seafront, which we understand is staffed and frequented predominantly by Spanish. I believe this is also the same for the hotel overlooking La Zenia beach. We also have had several Spanish guests who have stayed at the apartment and who are returning this year so will seek further feedback from them for future reference.
