The description given for this excellent accomodation is 100% accurate.
The property is luxurious and is very clean and well maintained.
We were contacted within 24 hours of our arrival to check that everything was to our satisfaction.
We shall certainly be returning in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful villa to work colleagues, family and friends.
Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to write the review. We look forward to returning in the near future. Mike & Sharon

5-Star Stay at 5-Star Villa!

RIOMAC Kent
Review Submitted: November 23, 2009 Date of Stay: November 2009
My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of November with our 2 children, aged 3 and 7. We have stayed in the area at other villas in the past, but must say this is by far one of the best and would thouroughly recommend this villa if you are looking for a great location, wonderful pool, and panoramic views of the Atlantic.

The villa is spotlessly clean, and every attention to detail has been afforded by the owners. One big plus this villa has over 90% of other villas in the area was that it's all pretty much on one level. This is especially important to us as we have 2 kids, and wet feet, small children and steps all over the place don't go - a real plus to consider when booking. Another suprise was the sheer size of the place. We have stayed in four and five bedroomed villas that were smaller than this one, and bearing in mind this villa can sleep up to 8 anyway, I wouldn't bother with a 4 bedroomed villa having now stayed here.

The kitchen had everything we needed( and more) the jacuzzi bath was bliss to soak in after a day at the beach and the pool was of a better standard than other private pools (having anti-slip tiles for a start)

Location, 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from numerous stretches of fantastic beaches (take your snorkel and goggles with you, some of the fish are amazing) 15 minutes from the famous volcanoes, infact staying here you're not really much more than half an hour from any one point on the island you'd like to visit, which is great! 2 minutes drive from large supermarkets selling fresh fruit vegetables, meat, fish - along with all your other grocery needs, 2 minutes drive to restaurants, local bars showing live football etc...

All in all I would definately recommend a stay at Casa Con Vista especially bearing in the mind the very reasonable weekly rates the owners charge having sampled five or six other villas in the area (which were all considerably more expensive)over the last 3 years or so.

Holiday over Kilmarnock, Ayrshire
Review Submitted: May 26, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
This was our 6th visit to Lanzarote and 3rd stay in a villa in Tias (first time in this villa) Tias is a very central base for your holiday with a good supermarket and several good restaurants and cafes.
We arrived at the villa around 8.30pm and first appearances were good, although we were slightly disappointed that there was only a small bottle of water and no welcome pack left for us - this is the first villa we have stayed in anywhere in the world which did not have. The local supermarket was closed but thankfully we knew where to locate a supermarket to stock up with the basic essentials but had this been our first visit to the island it could have caused some problems therefore feel that this would be a welcome addition to the villa - as would a hairdryer, beach towels and cushions for the lounger deck chairs which could be quite uncomfortable.
The villa is very light and airy with lovely views and on the surface was clean but there could have been more attention to detail. The cutlery tray was dirty although the cutlery appeared to be clean. In the main bedroom on one of the bedsheets it looked as though an insect had been squashed which had marked the sheet and the top cover was also slightly dirty around the base - not exactly the start to our holiday we had hoped for.
Once we had these issues resolved, we did enjoy the holiday and the villa.
One of our favourite restaurants on the island is Portobello in Costa Teguise at Las Cucharas shopping plaza and if you like Italian food is well worth a visit - they do an early bird menu which is excellent value.
Owner's Response: We do not automatically provide a welcome pack but should guests request this we are very happy to provide one.Supermarkets are open up until
10.00pm. We have never had complaints of cleanliness of our villa in the
last 7 years of ownership. All of our guests are very happy with the
cleanliness of our villa

All the points have been immediately taken up with our management team in
Lanzarote.

Peace and Relaxation

Date of Stay May 2006 & January 2009
This was our 2nd vist to Casa Con Vista because we enjoyed it so much. The villa is located in a quite residental village on the side of a mountain. It is immaculately clean very spacious and well equipped with every thing you need and more.It has stunning sea veiws from the sun terrace and a large pool with a secluded area for sunbathing.
It is only 5-10 minutes drive to the beaches at Puerto del Carmen and Playa Honda. Both have excellent restaurants, 3 course set meal from only 10 euros, and for the more energetic you can hire various bicycles and ride for miles on the cycle route along the sea front.

We have no hesitation in recommending this luxury villa to anyone. Thanks for another great holiday.

Amazing Villa

Matt M Canterbury
Review Submitted: November 3, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2008
Stayed at casa con vista in August 08 for 1 week, and it was one of the best holidays I've had! The villa was immaculate, the cleaners had obviously just been in and cleaned the place thoroughly. The villa has got a lovely large pool that was never cold, a stunning view of the sea from the terrace, a big family room, a big kitchen (that has everything you could need), a utility room and 3 large bedrooms. The location of the villa is also another big plus. Although its a 5 minute drive from the beach and restaurants, it is close to a super market and a little town, but at the same time it is far enough away from everything to make it peaceful and quite!

I have already made enquiries about going back next year, and would recommend the villa to anyone.

We had a great holiday at Casa Con Vista. The weather was fab and the villa and pool were lovely. A car is needed but we found there wasn't much traffic on the roads. Loads to do on Lanzarote and the villa is central located in Tias. Supermarket and locals in Tias were great! No building works were going on while we were there but looked like there may be in the future. We would recommend the villa to anyone, in fact I wish we were still there!

Really is Casa con Vista

Review Submitted: May 29, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
My husband, myself and two friends have just spent a glorious nostalgic ten days for our joint 35th wedding anniversary at the lovely Casa con Vista. We were delighted with the villa, it was everything and more than we hoped for. My friend and I will miss sitting in the lovely window seats early evening with a glass of wine and a good book.

We highly recommend this villa, it is well maintained and clean, the bedrooms are a good size, the bathrooms are brilliant with double sinks and the main bathroom even has a jacuzzi bath just in case you aren't relaxed enough, finally everything you will need in the kitchen especially a dishwasher and washing machine. Also good space for hanging out towels and laundry.

The pool is fantastic and lovely and warm and a good way to relax after a morning shopping and sightseeing.

"Secret" shop 5 minute walk away on the island is great with everything you need and lovely couple in the shop. Just look for the green awning as you are passing or you will miss it.

Directions easy to follow and approx 10 minute drive from the airport. Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away as is Puerto Calero (some lovely shops).

All in all a terrific place and we are looking forward to a return visit.

My husband and I together with our closest friends went to Casa Con Vista villa, arranged hire car and drove to the villa, lovely and clean, and it is exceptionally spacious and well equipped, everything you would need.

We all slept like logs every night and ate breakfast on the terrace, went out exploring through the day to come back and lounge around the pool area and then got ready to go out for the evening meal in the evening, we did use the kitchen to prepare a couple of meals mind, which were enjoyed whilst watching the sun going down, added by a couple or three bottles of the local vino, which I might add were delicious.

Tias has a large supermarket where we purchased all our groceries and Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away.

This villa really was great, would not hesitate to recommend to any of our friends, in fact, we wouldn't have used the villa in the first place if it wasn't for a friend of ours that recommended it to us.

The villa and its location was great, we all had a wonderful weeks holiday and the weather was great too, came back fully refreshed.

Thanks again Mike & Sharon for sharing your home.
