Great place to stay

Stayed here for 10 days and loved every minute of it. The villa is so comfortable, felt at home from the minute we stepped through the door with it's modern decor, good sized pool, plenty of space and very comfy beds . This was our first time staying in the Davenport area and loved it. Would recommend this villa to anyone and Steve was so friendly sending us restaurant recommendations and details of nearby shops. Great place to stay.
Owner's Response: Its always great to hear back from our guests as we do try to make every effort to ensure they do enjoy their stay. This year we did put a lot of upgrades in the villa and tried to give it an individual feel with unusual pictures, modern furniture and leather suites floral arrangements etc. It is nice to also hear that those extra touches are appreciated
Hopefully throughout the rest of 2009 our guests will really appreciate our home and as can be seen we have already started booking up well for 2010

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spotlessly clean, well equipped villa. Internet access keeps the teenagers happy! Lovely sunny pool area ideal for R&R following a busy day in the shops or parks.Excellent location, quiet estate close to restauants, take-aways and Walmart Good road links if wishing to travel further afield. Owners very helpful. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to return. Thanks Steve and Sue.

We had an excellent stay in this great house. Our children enjoyed the pool and the big screen tv. Everything was clean and the house is very well supplied. Steve was very helpfull and nice.

This was really Home from Home, The house was very clean and tidy, with everything you would need. I am a very house proud person, and was not disappointed with this house. Sunny pool area, very quiet for relaxing. Would recommend to anybody and made the Holiday great. The owners have taught of everything for everybody.. It was really nice for us as owners as we have just spent quite a bit of money adding upgrades to the home and so it was really good to know that they have been appreciated. We think they commented well on the fact that our home is on a really attractive quiet community and we hope they choose to holiday with us again in the not too distant future.

Home from home. Clean,comfortable and all the mod cons you need. Would have liked a teapot. Lovely sunny pool area. Hope to return one day. Thanks for a stress free stay.

We spent two weeks in feb. and enjoyed it so much that we have booked the month of March in 2009.It was a pleasure to vacation ,thanks to Steve and his wife.
Owner's Response: It was great to have Frank and Yvonne stay in our home and we are really looking forward to seeing what they think of the few upgrades we have put in not least the Wi Fi internet, the leather chairs in the living room and the Air Hockey table in the garage. We like to think our home is a home for our guests not just a holiday villa.
