First of all, the pictures really don't do this place justice! It is a really big villa with plenty of space for 6 adults. You can tell this is someones home as all the home comforts are there, and the place is decorated and kitted out beautifully. The pool area is gorgeous and has a brilliant view of the mountains in the distance. It has a good location on a relatively small urbanisation of lovely villas and is close enough to the towns of Vera and Garrucha. We unfortunately experienced a storm and power cuts but there was enough games and books etc to keep us entertained for a rainy day or two. I would recommend this villa to anyone and would certainly book again should I return to this area of Spain. Overall, a fantastic place to stay....we didn't want to leave!

i can only echo what everyone else says it is a fantastic villa with any and everything you need from needle and thread to games,dvd,s books you want for nothing.
This is our second visit and againn we were not disappointed lots to do near by the waterpark and the beach all of which you will find info and directions to in the folder....We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone..

Outstanding villa with all the amenities

Cat, who owns the villa, provided good instructions on how to get from Almeria airport to the villa and we found the place without any problems.
Arriving at the villa I could tell that the internet pictures did not do it justice. The Pool and surrounding gardens were well maintained and gorgeous. The pool was also a lot larger than what it seemed on the internet and a friendly man came in 3 times a week to maintain it.
You were made to feel at home as soon as you entered the villa. Threre was a booklet of notes on where best to eat, places to visit (you could add your own special places you had eaten or visited) and everything you needed to know about the villa.
There was plenty of food in the cupboards including milk and bread which you only had to replace once the items ran out. The rooms were comfortable and the large TV was a bonus especially with 2 grown teenagers. Cat had also provided many many DVDs as well as books and magazines to read while sunbathing by the pool.
Although you needed a car nothing was too far away and a full tank of petrol got us through the 10 days we were there including the journey to and from Almeria airport.
The neighbours to the left are Spanish and did not speak English but were friendly and Phil and Jane at the bottom of the garden were very kind and directed us to health centre even saying we could follow them down if we did not know the way as it was in Mojacar. They were also very friendly but kept themselves to themselves.
We spent most nights with a drink sitting out on the top decking overlooking the pool and gardens and watching the sunset over the mountains/large hills.

One of the very best villas we have stayed in.Everything one could possibly want to entertain 2 teenagers and 2 adults who just wanted a relaxing time.All that you might need or want was within a 10 minute drive.

The description says it all. We had a very relaxing holiday in a villa that had everything we needed. It is far enough away from the crowds yet close enough to the beach and other amenities (short drive away). The pool is fantastic and everything is clean and modern. Would definitely recommend Casa Sueno.

Your villa is fantastic and we had a fabulous two weeks in August 2007. It was so quiet and peaceful that we really chilled out and with the xbox and plasma tv, our 15 year old son was happy too.The pool is fantastic and our evenings spent barbequing on your patio could'nt be bettered. The area is fantastic. To anyone who doesn't know the Costa Almeria - give it a try - you won't be disapointed.
