Reviews of Property: Self-catering apartment with pool, near to beach, bars & restaurants

We stayed in the apartment in the first week of October, and had a very relaxing time. The weather was fantastic and we spent our days either by the pool or at the beach (which is a 5-10 minute walk away).

The apartment had all you need, including a washing machine.

It is a two minute walk to the road where the restaurants and bars are, and there is plenty of choice of where to eat. Alternatively there is a small supermarket (or a large supermarket a short drive away) where you can buy food if you want to cook in the apartment.

Would thoroughly recommend for a week in the sun.

I stayed in the apartment for a few days last summer and the service was excellent. The apartment is clean with great views. Also there is a dvd, and TV available. Fresh water is also provided which was essential in scorching tempuratures.

The apartment and set up was first rate, just as nice if not better than it looks on the picture. Very quite apartment but also very close to bars, restaurants and bars (do miss the Italian food, 5 mins walk) there is enough going on just around the corner. Nice pool on the ground floor and its kept clean, its warm as well. You will love sitting out on the balcolny sipping wine and watching the world go bye or the setting sun, thinking of it again just now. If your thinking of going then I can assure you it is nice apartment. Enjoy, Gwawr & Steve. PS The owner is a real nice guy to deal with as weel, always helps knowing that.

2008 we had our best holidays ever. We found Phil´s apartment at "holidaylettings" and we loved it from the first time. Contact & Contract are necessary and very good, we got lot of information about Kapparis, the Appartment and about the Cyprus Water-Shortage.

The Apartment was well-maintained, very clean and users get a professional "user-manual" for everything included telephone-numbers and lot of information about Kapparis, Paralimni, Prtoaras and Ayia Napa. There we´re also traveller-guids, maps and some magazines for relaxing. We also had a parking-lane, very good air-condition, nice bath, good beds and a nice view over the rooftops right trough the sea. We read carefully the Guestbook and left a note there. You also get some informations from other guests, this can be very useful. 2010 we´ll come again to make an exellent trip to Cyprus.

If you´re there don´t miss "Firemens Beach", a very quiet and small location. It´s a good place to relax. For good food dont´t miss "Taverna Kanati" in Paralimni, for your best night please join sometimes Ayia Napa, it´s only 10 mins by car. We also made a boat-trip, ist was very nice (Starting in Ayia Napa, approx 5 hours for € 5,00 each person).

For visiting this apartment you must have an car, so rent one at the airport or ask the owner, he will help to find a good car for a low price.

We recommand this property to friends, maybe they`ll come in August for one week. Hope, they´ll join it.

Apartment is located approximately 5 minutes from one of the best beaches known as Firemans Beach. It is also within walking distance of a fantastic restaurant called Faliros, its well known in Cyprus for its excellent food.
If you want to escape the crowds but still be close to restaurants and beaches then this apartment is ideally situated.
The apartment has a lovely balcony and is very nicely presented. It also boasts a beautiful pool.
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

Luxury new apartment with beautiful pool area that had everything I was looking for: beautifully furnished, very well equipped kitchen area with large fridge/freezer, full size hob and oven, dishwasher, separate area with washing machine, shady balcony terrace (essential in Cyprus) with patio table, very comfortable chairs for eating and relaxing with views out to sea and mountains in the distance, very comfortable bedroom with ample wardrobe and drawer space, bathroom with bath and shower over with adjsutable shower jets, lots of storage space in the built-in sink unit. Light and airy lounge with full wall glass doors leading out to balcony terrace, cream leather sofa, oak table and chairs to seat 4, tv and dvd. Air conditioning units in lounge and bedroom with heating (if ever needed). Vacuum cleaner, iron, ironboard, pegs, dryer - all provided.

The apartment is spotlessly clean. The owner visits regularly and property is well maintained.

The pool area is beautiful with tropical gardens and plenty of sunbeds. The pool is crystal clear with a safe area for children. Excellent views of the stunning Cypriot sunsets.

Located back off the main street through Kapparis in quiet location at the northern end, close to well stocked shop, variety of bars and lovely restaurants. Car and bike hire on main street, also hairdresser and baker open 6:30 am to 10:30 pm 7 days a week.

Less than 7 minutes walk to secluded sandy beach with crystal clear water, sunbeds, umbrellas, snack bar and toilets, changing facilities. Safe beach for children.

Small beaches all along, and less than 15 minutes stroll to beach with watersports - pedaloes, canoes, waterskiing.

Excellently located for amenities to please all. Less than 15 mins by car from Ayia Napa's extensive selection of bars, restaurants, water park and stunning beaches. Less than 10 mins by car from Cape Greco national park - stunning scenery, beautiful sea scapes. Kapparis is adjacent to Paralimni, with shops, restuarants and bars.

45 minutes from Larnaca airport.

Favourite restaurants: Faliros - 3 mins walk from apartement; Sirena Bay - 7 mins by car (walkable too in about 35-40 minutes) lovely for swim from the secluded beach, then lunch in the romantic gardens.

The owner provides an excellent and caring service - he welcomes you to what is a lovely home in the sun and has the local contacts to ensure any problems are quickly resolved. A best buy!

We stayed in this fantastic apartment last year.It is immaculate,spotlessly clean.Excellent situation,in a quiet street,just off the main street,and just a short walk to the beach.Plenty of excellent bars and restaurants.Apartment also includes a pool,which was never busy,easy to get longers etc.I would highly reccommend this apartment for all.

Apartment modern and clean. On a quiet street about a 10 minute walk from a lovely little beach. Quiet resort with a few restaurants and bars. A nice place for a peaceful few days.
