The villa was immaculate on arrival with owners meeting us there having arranged a taxi at airport and a hire car at the villa.

Swimming in pool at 23.30 on night of arrival!!!

Spacious villa with everything necessary for a great break.

As described a car essential during stay

Thoroughly reccomended as a holiday home

Fab villa

We wanted a villa which provided us with all mod cons but set away from the "touristy" areas and this villa was perfect.

You have fantastic unobstructed views of the sea,the house is surrounded by mountains and trees; you can even pick oranges and lemons from the nearby groves!

The house is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and the owners provided us with a great welcome pack. In fact they arranged our taxi transfers, car hire and they even supplied us with a bed guard for our son. They made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them.

There is a few restaurants in the harbour which is within walking distance and there is a quiet beach which is ideal for snorkelling etc. There is a small supermarket in Pomos but a car is needed and 15-20 mins away will take you to Polis town which has everthing you need;- supermarkets, bakers, butchers. Latchi marina is about 20-25 mins from the villa and there is a good selection of resturants and water sports etc.

We are looking to return in the early summer so we can make use of the pool, my son was desperate to get in but the water was too cold. We visted in early Dec and the temperature was around 18- 20 degrees during the day and we had to wear a jacket at night when we were out and about.

We loved this villa and would and have recommended it to family and friends. Hopefully we will be back soon!

We cannot express in words the delight experienced staying at the villa for our 2 week hols. It ad the lot from a sewing kit to clean fresh linen. Welcome pack was great especially as we had arrived so late in the night.
Fantastic value for money we have booked for next year and the kids can hardly wait.

I've been trying to think of a more inventive way to describeour stay here, but I can't put it any better than the previous reviewers who have said it all.
The villa is very well presented, and, you very quickly feel very much at home. If it's a quiet, relaxing stay you want, you can certainly have it here, but you can also have a more adventurous time, whether you want sea or mountains, and if it's nightlife you're after this can be found in neighbouring Polis or Laatchi with their many fine taverns, (even Paphos is within striking distance).
As I've said, great area, great villa, great weather, (26C every day in Nov, but beware, it was a bit overcast one day, and it rained one night).
However, I must add that one thing which made our stay even more enjoyable, was, the efficiency, helpfulness and most of all the friendliness of the owners Jim and Lorraine, for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
In short, we thoughroughly enjoyed our stay in Cyprus, have recommended this villa to friends and work colleagues, and hope ourselves to be able to return very soon.

Another fantastic break

For the first time we went back to somewhere we had been before. This was down to the quality of the accomodation, the helpfulness of the owners and the most beautiful location. Sat at the bottom of the Troudos mountains overlooking a tiny fishing harbour you get the best of both worlds. A superbly finished home from home, has three great sized bedrooms and outside space, with fantastic pool.

Kitchen is fully equipped with local supermarket providing super fresh produce. A welcome pack is provided with the basics for your first main meal and lots of bits for breakfast and snacks. You will need to drive 20mins to Polis for bigger supermarket but with fresh fish taverna within 15mins walk you won't want to cook too much!

You won't see too many tourists with the local beach by the harbour ( fab for snorkelling and safe for little ones by the sandy section) and I think we counted a massive thirty or so people at peak time! No loungers or umbrellas in this section but two minute walk to Paradise Beach will give you that if you want.

We are even thinking about going back next year!

superb 5 star accommodation

we stayed in this villa for 3 weeks and the photgraphs do the villa no justice at all. It is stunning - finished to a very high standard.

The Scottish couple who built it and own it are very friendly and made our arrival - our stay and our departure all run very smoothly- nothing was too much trouble. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well maintained.

I would recommend this villa to anyone

Well done Lorri & Jim

We stayed at the villa in last week in August and 1st week in Sept. Lovely private setting with terrific views, huge pool with barby and everything your need. The villa is a true home from home, very clean and exterior & interior is finished to a very high standard. On arrival fridge had everything we needed to start our holiday off, even a chilled bottle of wine!

The owners are perfect hosts from the moment you book, both are very kind and hospitable. I would definately recommend booking this villa for a relaxing break, a chance to visit the real cyprus. Excellent fish taverna situated on the pretty fishing harbour which the villa overlooks. Fantastic sunsets on the upper deck area of the villa, you must be prepared to truely relax and take in the atmosphere. Car is a must and lets you explore the surrounding area. We have been to Cyprus before therefore did not travel down to Paphos however roads are great and you would have no problem exploring the area. Chill, relax and enjoy!
