Beautifully clean, great value

Review Submitted: August 12, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
"The house, linen and towels were all beautifully clean, not often you can tick all three boxes I find. The garden was lovely and the views were amazing, I can't believe, having been to Bagnoregio three times previously we'd never noticed the sleepy little village perched on top of the ridge to our left. We'll definitely be back,/
/Your house is by far the nicest place we've stayed in Italy (We've been 8 times) and certainly the best value for money." Karli
Owner's Response: We try to maintain and lovely clean home away from home, so we get much happiness out of others enjoying our very special party of Italy.

Casa Erica and Lubriano

Review Submitted: September 5, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
A truly memorable holiday staying in a delightful village house which in turn is situated in a wonderful old village.

The garden is wonderful and great to relax in.

The surrounding countryside and views are stunning. All in all the best place we have stayed in Italy and is thoroughly recommended.

Owner's Response: Thank you Diana!!

What a charming home.
The house, linen and towels were all beautifully clean - not often you can tick all three boxes I find.
The garden was lovely and so amazingly spacious - a perfect place to relax. Such a treat to have a garden of this size in a small village.
And what a lovely little village it is - the views are breathtaking, the local shops stock everything you need and the restaurants offer a great range of delicious food and wine.
We can't believe, having been to Bagnoregio three times previously, that we'd never noticed the sleepy little village of Lubriano perched on top of the ridge to our left.
We'll definitely be back.
Your house is by far the nicest place we've stayed in Italy (we've been 8 times) and certainly the best value for money.
The holiday "bible" you provide your guests is invaluable too!
Many thanks Diana.
Owner's Response: We feel that it is important to meet the needs of our renters, and make sure they have the best possible vacation they possibly can have.

Wonderful relaxing holiday. Helpful owners

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Casa Erica.
The house is charming and had everything we needed for a family of four (including two bathrooms!), although it could easily accommodate more visitors. It was also beautifully cool inside - a welcome respite from the heat outside during the height of the Italian summer.
The owners were helpful in planning our trip and let us know as soon as our money had arrived.
We especially enjoyed being close to so many interesting sights in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. The house is ideally situated for exploring the different regions - Rome, Florence, Siena are easily reached for day trips, but there are also so many other wonderful places to explore close by.
Highly recommended!

Owner's Response: Alison and her family are one of many families who enjoyed Casa Erica. My husband and I get much pleasure out of others enjoying this magical part of our world!
