excellent appartment, very clean, lovely pool area and pool and a great view every morning, would definately use again. Easy to get down to main town and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment; it was tastefully decorated with a keen eye for detail and we made full use of the balcony. The pool and surrounding garden are also fantastic and felt like an oasis of calm.

The owner is extremely helpful and friendly and responded quickly to all my questions in the run up to our trip.

We have just returned from a great time at Las Palmeras. This was our second time and just as good as the last. This time we had our baby boy with us so it was a different holiday but the apartment is just perfect for a baby - it's very clean, practical and spacy. Everything we needed was there. Perfect! And of course the swimming pool and garden area was put to much use. We also spent a lot of time just relaxing and unwinding on the lovely terrace, enjoying the fabulous view. We found the supermarket behind the house very convenient - it has been renovated and is much bigger than last time and we managed to get everything for us and our baby there. In terms of restaurants and bars we found many - from the promenade to the old town and the one just downstairs was very convenient and extremely friendly staff. All in all it was a great visit and we just can't wait until we are able to go back again. Thank you for a lovely time!

Hi David,We had a wonderful restful holiday, your apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The view from the balcony made us glad to be alive. The decor was modern and smart and the kitchen well equipped. The pool area is well tended and the pool spotless.- it was nice and quite. We enjoyed walking along the front and also had some lovely meals in and around Orange Square. When we felt young and trendy we went along to Pueto Banus the place to be seen, we did actually see Simon Jordan the Crystal Place owner in 'Sinatras'. All in all a fab holiday we will certainly consider using the apartment again.Thank you.

Having just returned from a wonderful 3 weeks at Las Palmeras, I feel compelled to post a review. David's bright, modern and meticulously clean apartment is both thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. It was an absolutely ideal base for our holiday! The views from the balcony are breath-taking in real-life. The very private, walled garden and pool area is an oasis of calm! The gardens are beautifully manicured and the pool was always clean and bug-free. Lovely, mature trees offer plenty of shade when it gets too hot! This area (including the apartment block itself) is maintained to a very high standard. David dealt with my booking (and all the queries I threw at him) in a very prompt, eficient and friendly manner. The information folder David keeps in the apartment is a mine of useful information, recommendations and simple maps, which all help in those first few days of familiarising oneself with the area. The 10-15 minute stroll to the Old Town is very easy and pleasant, even with a six and nine year old in tow! The Old Town was our absolute favourite! A very authentic area of Marbella with many restaurants and tapas bars to choose from. We spent an evening at "El Patio de los Perfumes" and what a night! The food was delicious, the service was both professional and charming and the Flamenco dancers were something else - quite contemporary and wearing beautiful costumes and not a single bright pink, black polka-dot dress to be seen!!! I would have no qualms in recommending David's apartment to friends and family and indeed, to anyone reading this review! You would not be disappointed! Thank you for everything, David - we would love to return to Las Palmeras in the near future.

Just spent a fab week at Las Palmeras in David's appartment with our two teenagers. The appartment was spotlessly clean and very bright and modern. Had beautiful views overlooking the Med from the balcony. The swimming pool in the private walled garden was beautiful and immaculately kept. The neighbours were great and very friendly and helpful. It was a short 10 minute stroll from the appartment to the old town and all downhill, but good exercise coming home uphill. The shops were convenient and a large supermarket to the rear of the appartment was a great bonus. Restaurants were in abundance in the old town and on the promenade. There were beautiful restaurants on the beach too for those hot nights with a little breeze.

We would thoroughly recomment David's appartment and
hope to re-visit it soon.
