We stayed in the apartment for a week in August 2009 (Maria and Alex -27/25 yo)
* Booking. Jane made it very easy. She replies to emails and text messages straight away. Keys and detailed directions were received on time.
* Location. 15 minutes from the airport (25 euros on taxi), 15 minutes walk to the amazing Siam Water park, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to big shopping centre, bars/restaurants/night life - very close, 20 minutes on the free bus to Jungle park. All in all amazing location - very quiet, but minutes away from the noise if you want to go out
* Apartment. Clean, spacious, both balconies have amazing views to the ocean, 2 pools on sight, English TV, books to read, everything (shower/oven/fridge/microwave etc) works alright.
to sum it up, our holiday was amazing, so much better than living in a hotel.

We booked through the website, paid full amount in advance; we then received the keys of the property and really detailed information on how to get there.
Great communication from Jane: emails answered within hours.
The apartment is big and clean, everything you need is there! It is also really quite but close to loads of pubs, restaurants and amenities (all details can be found in a guest book in the flat: where to eat, where to go...)
We had a car and the kitesurfers among you would appreciate to know that the property is 18km from El Medano, so less than 15 minutes by car. Las Veronicas is also very close, 10 minutes by walk.
The pool is great (there are actually two pools in the complex) and the view from the balconies soooo relaxing!!
It is a good base for your holiday!
You won't be disappointed!! book safely!

We hadn't booked privately before and were a bit unsure but having read the reviews we thought this sounded great...and we weren't disappointed! The apartment was exactly as described (and more) and extremely well equipped. It is an excellent base for Las Americas, within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, the supermarket, Siam Park water park and bus station. Jane was excellent and responds quickly to e-mails. We have already recommended to friends and family!

The apartment was excellent in every way. Fantastic views, clean and very accomodating. Close to all amenities but also quiet. A home from home, with games, cards, books, tv with all the usual home channels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone as it is so versatile. Loved it and would definitely return again. Jane replies to all your e-mails straight away and makes everything run very smoothly and its a pleasure doing business with her. 100%

I was nervous at the start of embarking on something like this but didn't need to be. Jane (owner) answered all my questions and even helped me with flight details etc...I was told when my cheque was received and when the keys would be sent and all was true to word. Jane answered my emails within days, and gave us full instructions of how to get there and places to eat etc....
When we arrived the apartment was so clean and the views were amazing from both balconys. The apartment has everything in it and is like home from home but with 100 % guaranteed weather--30'c most days in sep.
It is local to shops,supermarket,bars, restaurants and beaches, and everything is so easy to find, and everyone is so helpful.
Puerto Colon marina is a short walk away about 10 min and whale and dolphin excursions run from there just go to the kiosk situated there, and they are brilliant. The beaches are also very clean around there.
There is a guest book in the apartment and in there is loads of holiday tips and directions of how to get to so many different places, written by holiday makers for holiday makers its brilliant.
I definatley recommend this to my friends and hope to go back next year all being well.

We stayed at Jane's apartment for 11 days. The first thing that struck us were the fantastic views from the apartment, absolutely stunning. Great locations for bars, restaurants and shops...spoilt for choice. Would certainly go back again. Highly recommended.

Went to Jane's apartment in April had a fantastic holiday will be booking for April 2009. The apartment is like home from home very clean and every thing you need.The furniture very comfortable,flat tv in seating room and tv in bedroom so I could still watch my soaps.Plenty of bar's and place's to eat there is also a nice shpping centre just a few minutes away.But I must say in view's from the apartment is fantastic.
We will return.

We stayed for a period of 3 weeks 2008 and found the apartment clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure eating and watching the sun going down from the balconies.The apartment is near to shops restaurants and supermarkets so there is no problem whether you decide to eat in or out.
We have booked again for a 4 week stay in 2009 and we are already looking forward to a most enjoyable relaxing break.

A great place, perfectly located for the beach, restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife.We were there in March 2008 for 2 weeks and had a great time. We were again in Tenerife 3 weeks later and visited the owners at the flat as they were out there at that time. They had bought new furniture which makes the place even better.We have already booked the place for 2 weeks next March.
