A Real Oasis

You cannot fail to enjoy a holiday in this spotless luxury apartment. The owners responded quickly to our enquiry and we were able to take a last minute flight. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and was stocked with tea, coffee, fresh milk and bread. The beach was a good walk away (as was the nearest supermarket) and was shingle rather than sand but our grandson enjoyed it none the less, but the real bonus was the beautiful pool area. The pools were lovely for both children and adults and again were spotless and well kept. The apartment's balcony was a real sun-trap in the evenings and perfect for a plate of pasta and a glass of wine or two if you could get the kids to bed! The only drawback was the major dual carriageway that seperated us from the village (great cafes - one served illy coffee), but this was far enough away from the apartment not to be too much of a problem and if you walk further over in the left hand direction, there is a much safer route to cross and some really nice little cafes and a play area for the children that you may otherwise miss. However, if you fancy some sightseeing, this road will take you just about anywhere!

Owner's Response: It's always good to see that people have enjoyed their stay in our apartment! We would just like to clarify that the beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment but appreciate that it may take a little longer if you have children with you.

Fantastic apartment, great holiday destination

My husband and I spent a week at this apartment with our baby son and another couple. The apartment was ideal for our stay. It was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed and more - the extras such as books and dvds, beach gear, shopping trolleys etc all added to this wonderful apartment. It was very spacious and we never felt "on-top-of "each other. The terrace was perfect for a relaxing glass of wine or a beer after a hard day at the pool!
The complex was perfect - pool was beautiful and we never had trouble getting an umbrella and loungers. The grounds are immaculate and the complex is quiet and relaxing.
The proximity to the shops and restaurants of San Pedro was fantastic - we loved the vibe in the town and tried out many of the restaurants suggested by the owners of the apartment. The steak and house salad in Alfredos were a big hit!
The beach and promenade were less than 5 minutes away and great for an early morning or evening walk.
We ventured into Marbella and Puerto Banus also - the local bus just outside the apartment was really handy.
Overall, the apartment and location were fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a holiday destination.

My family have stayed in this apartment twice now and love it. It is very spacious and clean and well equipped with everything you need. The large balcony is west facing so great for afternoon sunshine and al fresco dining. The lovely cafes and restaurants of San Pedro are just a five minute walk away in one direction and the beach only five minutes in the other direction, perfect! The complex is far enough away from the main road to be quiet but close enough to walk and get a bus in any direction - Puerto Banus/Marbella or Estepona. We are returning to the apartment again at the end of 2009 and looking forward to it as always.

hi had a great time at the apartments. perfect for a family with kids. the apartments are very well kept and maintained on the outside. the pool area is absolutely fantastic with a lifeguard always on duty. the apartments inside the buildings are in excellant condition and very clean and tidy. the location is excellent and just a 5 min stroll from the beach, also san pedro town is a 5 min walk also. it's great to see a very spainsh town without all the hustle and bustle of lots of tourists. great for a relaxing holiday, with plenty of shops, bars and great restaurents. the service you receive is first class and you be treated very well. the customer service in the apartments is fantastic with a big brouchure that recommends everything you need to know about, san pedro, peurto banus and marbella. the restaurents in the brochure for the 3 places are highly recommended and we tried nearly them all. peuto banus is a 5 mins taxi drive away or a 20mins by foot along the beach front which is a really great walk. go there and see the harbour with the yachts it's millionaire's paradise, and it has all the top designer stores you can think off. be prepared cause there not cheap. marbella is another great town, by taxi it's about a 20min drive which will cost aroung 16 euros which is great value. orange square in marbella is another great spot with its little cobbled streets and excellent bars and restaurents. at night along the beach front is buzzing with the nightlife for the clubbers. theres any amount of locations along here to enjoy, and also alot of entertainment for kids as well. i would very highly recommend this apartments to anyone thinking of going for a relaxing or a clubbing holiday because they are very central to everywere and just a great location to be in.

Summer fun in San Pedro

Review Submitted: August 10, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
The centrepiece of the holday revolved around the apartment, gardens and pool all of which were absolutely first class. The apartment was as descibed, very spacious, well fitted and equipped with all mod cons including satellite TV , excellently maintained and with touch of a button air conditioning. The pool was spacious with an unusual design and getting sunbeds was no problem whilst the gardens gave an exotic feel and were extremely well manicured. The apartment location was also ideal being just 5 minutes from both the beach and the village itself; there are some nice restaurants both at the beach and in the village. A further big bonus is that it is extremely easy(both in terms of time and cost) to get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella for those nights when you are looking for a more glitzier night out. Also the village of San Pedro is easily reached from Malaga airport and a base for some excellent day trips eg Ronda, Gibraltar, Tangiers etc.. All in all i would thoroughly recommend this apartment to cater for a party of up to six.

Just arrived back from our second family holiday in this luxuruous apartment complex. So impressed with it last year that we went back again this year. Really home from home except much better. Did not go the the beach any day this time (which is very unusual) as the pool and the gardens were absolutely out of this world. Pool attendant resident from 11.00am until 8.00pm daily so no rushing down at 9.00am to try and get a sun bed. The apartment was as described, luxurious, with all mod con's e.g. washing machine, microwave, dish washer satellite tv, dvd, etc. Spotless clean and extremely well maintained. Little extras went a long way e.g "book exchange" table, very detailed information folder, supply of dvd's, cd's and magazines. Town within walking distance with an ample supply of shops, restaurants etc. After dinner each evening in one of the local restaurants we used to go to one of the traditional spanish ice cream parlours and sit down and the children would have their icecream/crepes and would could have our coffee or liquer and just watch the world go by - a must. Market day in San Pedro is Thursday and very intesting to go to - recommend that you haggle. Last year we hired a car but have to admit as neither of us are comfortable driving on the "opposite" side of the road we found it stressful, this year we arranged transfers to and from the apartment and found this much better for us. I would have no problem in recommending this property to anyone who would like a nice, luxurious, quiet holiday.

My husband, myself, 2 teenage girls & son stayed for a week 15th March 08 the Appartment had every thing in it, the kitchen was well supplied, the only fault I could find was the gas was too high.It had beach bag's, towles & water toys, bats & balls, shopping bags and even an umbrella, as I have a bit of a problem walking, the walk in shower was fantastic, the girls were in the twin room plenty of room (but no shower curtian) A folder full with bus and train time tables, restraunts and too much to go on about, The girls found an Irish bar at the top of the road, & spent a few good nights in it, the chinesse at the top of the block is soo good, but you MUST be starving before you go, This has been one of the best equipt places we have stayed in, once we found our way (arrived in the dark) every thing was not to far away, it's a must if you want a quiter holiday, but not out of the way.
