Reviews of Property: Delightful, 2 bedroom luxury Penthouse (New)

Excellent, spacious 2 bed apartment within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Balcony is large and is a great place to catch the late day sun - a real sun trap. Clean and well furnished apartment. Pool was not heated but with the beautiful Cyprus weather this was not necessary. Would highly recommend a car to enjoy the island.

We booked this apartment for a family holiday - 2 adults and 2 teenagers (age 15 and 13). The owners arranged our car hire and excellent communication from them provided a smooth transition from the airport to the apartment, about 45 minutes drive. The apartment was ideally situated, excellently maintained and well equipped. The pool was a good size and although we were there in August were often sole users. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend Karas - The Village Tavern, Faliros and the chinese next to the supermarket. Worth hiring a car if you want the busier nightlife of Protaras (about 10 minutes drive). Also Konnos beach is well worth a visit (15 minutes drive). Very safe for kids with excellent watersports if needed! We will definately consider returning.

Our fondness for this apartment is clear, as we have already made one return visit. This is a real home from home - a well equipped haven to return to after exploring the delights of the area. The location is ideal for those wishing to visit the North during their stay. The secluded beaches are a gentle stroll away, and their are many coastal walks offering views across to Famagusta. The terrace is an ideal spot to eat or relax any time of day, as there is sun from early morning until late afternoon. The pool is easily accessed and well managed. Being a mainly residential, area there is a delightful absence of the fun-fair atmosphere of many coastal resorts, and has a very Greek atmosphere. Shopping and varied eating out are accessible on foot, with an even wider selection just a short drive away. The car hire firm recommended is efficient, reliable & friendly. We shall definitely return!

The apartment was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed to make our holiday complete. We particularly enjoyed lazy afternoons sitting on the large terrace.
