Would like to rekommend this wonderfull villa. We stayed for one week this september 2009. It´s lokated close to a really good beach just two minutes walk, and has a large pool which was cleaned regurlary during our stay.
It is in a calm area and just a one minute walk to the railway staytion.
We are looking forward to go back in the future!

Spring in Spain

The whole holiday was great - the description was accurate, the house was clean, I liked the local bar and loved the beach. It was really warm weather for April and we enjoyed the pool (bit chilly) and paddled in the sea (very chilly) !!
The public transport links were very good and we went to Alicante twice in the week as we really liked the city and found a fab restaurant near the harbour.
I will definitely book again and have recommended it to 2 friends already who have looked on the website with next spring in mind. Very, very good place to go

Awesome vacation home. Owner was very flexible with my last minute request for the property and had the property ready within 24 hours of our first contact. The linen on the beds could be updated as it shows its age/stains. The house was quiet for the most part... although sometimes with the door/windows open the animals at the house next door could be heard... but we were never woken up by them. Very conveniently located next to the rail station and one restaurant... never used either, but felt at ease knowing they were available close by. Overall we had an exellent stay and plan to visit again. Thanks for the flexibility.

Sorry, have been meaning to write this for ages! Absolutely loved it. Even in May we found the pool warm. The sun terrace is pefectly situated and the villa is so near the beach. Locals friendly and helpful. We had a car which was useful but plenty of people around didn't and commented on the good transport facilities.
Great to have a dishwasher in the well equipped kitchen. The local restaurant had fabulous food and very friendly staff. Have already recommended it to two of my friends and would certainly go back. The owner was very helpful when we had to speak to him afterwards when I realised I had left my camera there.
It was clean when we arrived, the sun shone every day and it was very relaxing. Loved it.

Four months winter rental.

Comfortable, homely and private with lots of garden and sun-bathing areas. The pool is large but unheated so, too cold in winter but ,pleasant to sit beside and soak up the winter sun. The house and its kitchen is well equipped .
There are good transport links and a friendly bar close by which serves a fair range of well priced food. Another small bar and shop is a short walk away.
Lots of places to visit, particularly if you have a car but the Tram can take you anywhere between Alicante and Denia.
We would certainly re-visit. John & June

Went there mid october, villa was clean and tidy, bedrooms a little dated, the small one only has a chest of drawers, no wardobe. Also the main front door opens here but we were using the one near the veranda. We booked this villa as it was advertised as having a shop bakery, etc but there was only a surf bar which sold meals. Great food there, she even sold us milk, water and gave us a lighter on the first night as there was no welcome pack, not even a small bottle of water or a match to light the gas, and I had 2 kids with me. The main shop was a 15 min tram ride away in campello. The pool was great and the area would have been better had there been a shop there. the villa can be a little noisy in the day as the villa next door has a huge rotweiller, 3 chimps and some parrots making noise. We also had a problem with ants coming through the plug sockets, door frames as they had heavy rain the week before, also as the drains were full we had creatures in the bathroom when you got up in the night, which I wish we had squashed and given to the key holder as when I emailed the owner when I got back he said other clients had not seen any and didn't want to know, the description needs to be reviewed by the owner!!!!!

We were five girls who spend our Easter-holiday in this lovely apartment. At first , we were a bit surprised about the location, we thought is would be more nearby El Campello, but after one day we all agreed that Venta Lanuza was the perfect place for us; easy to get to and fro the cities thanks to the tram, but without all the noice from cars etc. Villa Bonita is a sweet little house with three nice bedrooms and a nice livingroom (with television and dvd-player). We also loved the terrace, and spend most of our time there. The pool was nice, but a bit too cold (March) for Norwegian vikings...

We can absolutely recommend this place, it's been our best holiday!

My worst rental ever

The property is described as 3 bedrooms, but is actually only 2. The front entrance hall (6ft x 6ft), had been turned into the 3rd bedroom with the bed taking up most of the space with no wardrobe. It was also the access to the property, so whoever sleeps in that room has to put up with people traffic. The television advertised does not work and neither does the A/C's. The furniture was tatty, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes on our arrival. There are also no sun shades around the pool. Pool was cloudy and gradually went green due to overhanging trees. Only one bar/restaraunt in the area, but they did serve good food. Trams only run till 10pm.not all night as claimed
