Echte aanrader. prachtig appartement

Van zodra wij de deur openden voelden we ons thuis.Het prachtige appartement is mooi geriefelijk ingericht.
De divanlit in de living zorgt voor een extra slaapplaats en dit was idiaal omdat mijn zoon 1 week op bezoek is gekomen.De omgeving is zeer mooi en natuurlijk.Het mooie grote zwembad is aangenaam om in te vertoeven.
Alle nodige winkeltjes zijn op loopafstand en de mensen zijn er zeer vriendelijk.
We hebben er zo van genoten dat we in april terug gaan.

Everything you need in this apartment for a home from home holiday. Very clean with a well stocked large kitchen area. Large patio area. Viv the owner was very helpful and lives on site, also a well stocked reasonablly priced supermarket, Chris and his team were very friendly and helpful. Well positioned for the bus stop to Los Cristianos with cheap fares.Would certainly stay here again.

A real Home From Home

This is such a nice apartment that the photographs do not do it any justice.The rooms are large with every mod con you could think of. The property is clean throughout.The owner Viv is very friendly and helpfull person and lives in the next block and can easily be contacted. A small supermarket is situated not more than 25yds away, with a great variety of english food etc.It is a 5min walk to the bus stop to Los Christianos and Las Americas. 2mins away is the Coral Mar Centre which has pubs, cafes and even a chippy. I would recomend that you visit.

first impressions were of a very clean and modern apartment ,spacious bedroom with ample wardrobe space also bathroom. Kitchen is large with plenty of work surfaces, also a very generous patio area The TV has all english channels there is a nice little supermarket on the complex with fresh bread rolls every day .Viv the owner is very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for next winter.

Lovely Apartment

My wife and I stayed at this apartment in Jan/Feb 2008.
We were met by the owner on arrival. The apartment was just as described in the advert/info and we were both very impressed. It is very modern. very clean with everything that we needed. It has a modern kitchen. large clean bathroom. Nice lounge with patio doors and a large bedroom, with plenty of storage, also with patio doors. Outside there is a large terrace where we breakfasted every morning. The sea which is visible from the patio is only about 100 yds away. We were visiting friends locally and this was just the base we needed.
A supermarket is some 20 yds away, very english and a couple of bars/cafes next to this. hairdresser and car hire are all nearby.
The owner lives very close and is easily contactable, should you have any problems or want information.

Apartment is very clean and has all you require, kitchen is well equipped, and rooms are spacious. This was our first Christmas and New Year away from home and my daughter (who is 6) and I had a great time, so much so we have booked for 2008 Christmas. We have stayed in this area in the summer for the past two years, but never in an apartment as nice as this, we have booked for summer also. The owner is very helpful and will do all she can to help make your stay a memeroble one. Although Costa del Silencio is a residential area the locals are very friendly and welcoming. Our friends stay near by and we all had a great time. Would recommend this apartment as it felt like a home.
