Reviews of Property: Panoramic sea views near to Trogir Old Town

We spend in Croatia 10 days in the beginning of September. The property is wonderful, very spacious and very clean (is located on the North side of the building and is not getting hot during the day). The beach nearby is very cosy and not so crowded if we compare with Okrug Gorny main beach. We rented a car and did not have to climb up and down the hill to reach the local beach, also you can park your car for free close to the beach. The island where the property is located is connected with the mainland with the little bridge and approaching to this bridge might be a problem in mornings because of traffic queue. The place itself is beautiful and views are great.

We really enjoyed our visit - this is a lovely apartment with fantastic views. Liliana was very kind and helpful and really could not do enough for us. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious - we have two young children and so space was particularly important for us. We got around really easily using water taxis and buses - we usually always hire a car when on holiday but there was no need. The local beaches were excellent, good facilities and great for swimming. I really hope we will be able to return!!!

We have just returned home and we loved both the apartment and the area. My teenage children found plenty to do with the beach being a short walk down. The views from the apartment are fantastic and I got some lovely sunset photographs. It is rather a steep walk to it but we didn't find it a problem. Liljiana is a lovely funny lady and very helpful.
The apartment is very light and airy with plenty of room and we were sad to leave. We will definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic week in this apartment in Okrug. It was great to have Liliana meet us at the airport, sort a taxi out for us (from and to the airport) and give us tips and ideas for discovering the local area. The apartment is very clean and the air con is such a welcome relief. We have seen comments from others on the up-hill walk from the beach etc., and when it is hot it does seem a long way, but it takes only 7 minutes, so it's really not so bad - could be more difficult with younger children. However, the reward for the walk are the stunning views from the balcony and not being overlooked by anyone (except the swifts!) The only minor inconvenience was the break in water supply which was not for long nor too frequent. This was our first time in Croatia and we loved it. The water taxi to Trogir is a great way to travel, and everyone was so friendly. Thanks to David and Pauline for offering a gem of an apartment!

We had a very relaxing break. we were met at the airport by Liliana who was a treasure and caught taxis to the apartment. Liliana helped to arrange our transport back to the airport which was very kind of her. The apartment was nice and spacious although there are 6 flights of stairs to climb and no lift so not suitable for the disabled.The people are really friendly and speak Excellent English. beaches/shops and local bars/restaurants were within easy walking distance from the apartment. This is not a place if you are looking for great night life but is great if you want to sample real croatian hospitality.There is a local bus that runs every 2 hours into Trogir which is highly recommended. The food is excellent. We had a great time.

Apartment itself I would say is excellent. There's everything You may need during Your vacation. Spacious living room with good airconditioning system and balcony with gorgeous views over the bay. Bathroom is very clean and laundry machine is avaible (never met with that). Beds in bedrooms were comfortable. Main disadvantage about bedrooms is that the A/C is not reaching these rooms so it can be very hot during the night as the apartment is on last floor (3rd). At least nets could be mounted in windows.
What I didn't like mostly is the way back from beach to apartment. It is only 5min to the beach but apartment is located on a hill(or something like that) and after few hours on sun and after swimming it can be tiring a bit even for young people to "climb" back.
Anyway we had really nice vacation and we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
