Perfect Holiday

We were a party of 7 and this property was everything it said it was, virtually brand new, 3 mins from the Disneyland parks by car and approx 5 min walk from the massive Val de Europe shopping centre. Jeanne the owner was there to greet us - although I was a bit stressed when we arrived as we were close to 5 pm and I had lost half of our party in the other car who were heading towards Paris! She was lovely and tried to help them get back on the right road, (but thank goodness for SAT Nav and a mobile phone). Jeanne explained everything to us, (she speaks very good english) from operating the cooker to the washing machine. She also gave us a gift of some brie and flowers on arrival. I'd opted to pay the 45 euro for the cleaning, (with 3 very small children it was worth it!) the water and electricity was minimal. Be careful when paying the deposit through your bank as I paid £8 to transfer the money and Jeanne was charged 16 euro to receive it - of which I also had to pay - so paypal would be cheaper. Remember you must pay 300 euro for the bond on arrival, but you do get it back at the end if everything is ok. I must say though our holiday was fantastic, and so was the owner. We would certainly go there again and have already passed on information to friends. Thank you Jeanne and family, you were brilliant!

What a great apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it to others. There were six of us, three generations, and we found the apartment just right. As others have already said, it was clean, well looked after, quiet, comfortable, with good facilities, and very conveniently situated. It is a great base for exploring the Val D'Europe area, visiting Disneyland, or travelling into Paris - no car needed, public transport is excellent. It is easy to find, and just round the corner from both the RER station and Val D'Europe shopping centre. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, and did much to make sure we had a relaxing stay. All in all, a fantastic experience. We would not hesitate to return.

We rented this apartment for our visit to EuroDisney from 11th to 14th December,2008. The apartment is ideally located for a trip to EuroDisney and Paris. The RER train station is a very short walk of 2 minutes , there's also a bus station alongside the railway station. Disney by train is 3 minutes, Paris roughly 45 minutes. Val D'Europe shopping complex is also a 3 minute walk away.
The apartment was of a high standard , very clean and well maintained. It accommodated two families (A group of 8 which included two young children and two teenagers) without any problem. It has all the facilities required including a washing machine and dishwasher, TV, DVD player and internet facility (if needed).
Our overall experience was excellent and the owners were very helpful, polite, efficient and friendly.
Some tips , don't forget the security deposit. Electricity and water use is charged on the basis of consumption. It's all set out in the documentation you receive at the start, a contract (in French) is e mailed to you in advance. (I had this translated using Google).
I would have no problem in recommending this apartment to anyone considering a visit to EuroDisney, Val DEurope or Paris.

Thank you again for your apartment that us to fill happiness during two weeks. We have find many of comfort and easiness during our stay. All is there, the car remained in the parking lot. Disney is so ready of us.The two trousseaus of keys that you gave us to us one arranged well. during the two days of rain we could take advantage of chains of tv, only 2 chain English logical it is holidays in france. We have pay for the household and the loads, water and electricity in more, but the price of renting is so interesting in relation to the apartment and her its equipment. We were 6, and I don't dare to speak even of the price that we would have to pay it elsewhere.
For us quality price 5/5, if one wants has some things always to say. We are accustomed of the renting, I hold has say that I am already ready to come back. The owners who are always very anxious to satisfy us, us one says that internet was going to come in their apartments, I already prepare my portable computer. The children, my husband and I are very happy. We spent one pleasant stay in this apartment. We liked the garden with all the roses. The park Disney is just close. The RER also. Not need to use the car. The children liked days in Paris. Washing machine was very useful, as well as dishe washer. We spent of nice holidays. Owner are charming and welcoming. Thank you for your advice of the first day. My husband and I liked the cheese. We shall return next year.

The apartment is very confortable and very clean. Children were very happy. Disney is at 2 minutes by RER and shopping center "Val d'Europe". It's great ! Paris is at 35 minutes by RER. We were able to see the Eiffel Tower, the boats on the Seine, the Louvre, champs Elysees, and the palace of Versailles. Owners were very welcoming and really helpful when we did need advices. The flat is clean and well presented as in the photos. The town, RER station and shopping complex are all within a short walk.
We preferred taking the car to Disney (with 6 of us!) and also enjoyed driving into Paris. (Are we mad?!! - Helps if you know your way around abit and parking in Paris is not too difficult in August!)
Altogether we did 3 days in Disney and 3 in Paris.
Kids really enjoyed themselves. (Mum and Dad where exhausted!)

WARNING ABOUT THE SMALL PRINT!
On arrival we were asked if we would be doing our own clean-up before leaving. Not realising the significance of the small print, we naturally said yes.
Our shock on the last day, having left everything as it was found, was to then to be kept waiting an extra 45 minutes for the owner to return with our deposit - only to have her go round criticising everything, making us remove the bed lined and put it in the washing bin etc. The floor wasn't hoovered well enough, fingers were run around the sink and surfaces, and pans we hadn't even used were removed from the cupboards and held up as "dirty". We had little time to spare to "negotiate", so ended up paying the full cleaning fee. I even had to let the owner keep the change (we had no Euros left and she had brought back the deposit in 50 Euro notes!)

A crying shame for us really since this last hour seems to have stolen the memory of an otherwise splendid family holiday.

Lovely flat, with a terrace. Children loved this apartment.
Very close to Disney and the big shopping center. Close to Paris too.
We went 4 days in Disney and 3 days in Paris.
