Fantastic Villa

We liked everything about this property: it was spacious, comfortable and well designed. The location was excellent, far enough from Disney to feel you were back in the real world, but close enough for easy access to all the parks. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool. They went straight in as soon as we arrived, even though it was 3am UK time! The little hot-tub area was perfect from our three-year old, whereas the two older children had great fun with all the inflatables in the main pool. We also made much use of the air hockey game in the garage, and I am sure the billiard table would be a plus for families with older children.

The information provided by the owner in terms of location, details of the house and local area were clear and helpful. The house was generally well equipped, with plenty of towels, crockery etc. Some of the pans were a little rickety, but we only cooked twice in two weeks!

To summarise, the villa is the perfect base for a family wanting to visit Disney, Univeral Studios, Kennedy Space Centre and all the other attractions in the Orlando area. We would definitely recommend the property to a friend, and are already planning our next visit.

Having never been to America before I was not sure what to expect. The whole experience was made extra special by being able to come back at the end of a long tiring day to a wonderful property. The Villa and Pool are first rate.
Your every comfort has been catered for and it is a home a way from home.
The property was exceptionally comfortable and well presented.

Roberta & I chose Orlando, Florida as our honeymoon destination and next step was accommodation and were lucky enough to find this villa as dealing with David was a pleasure as was easy and his help and informative ideas were appreciated. The villa met all our expectations and exceeded them to as the web site was a true reflection. The villa was very clean, well furnished and had everything you could possibly require. The pool was great a good size and the jacuzzi was lovey to relax in after a long busy day at the park (s). Location of the villa was good to as easy to get to from airport and only 15 odd mins to Disney & 20-25 odd mins drive to Universal with loads of other places to go to in between. Roberta & I will definitely be looking forward to staying at this villa again in the future and would recommend to others without hesitation.

We have just returned from the best holiday ever. From the moment we stepped into our holiday villa we knew it would be great. It was a brilliant location for all the attractions and for driving to Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach too, both are only just over an hours drive away.

The facilities in the villa were excellent and we all enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and games room. The large washer and drier was a bonus as this meant all our clothes came home clean which is great after travelling for 14 hours.

The communication between the owner and myself was always very good, he answered all my queries and there were quite alot being a Florida first timer.

I would recommend this villa to friends and family as a great base for an unforgettable vacation, as they say in the USA!!

The villa was very well situated, only ten minutes from the interstate and 20-25 minutes from Disney.

The villa was spotless and the facilities are excellent, the kids loved the pool and enjoyed playing the playstation.

The communication and service from both the owner and the agents based in Florida were outstanding.

I am already planning my next holiday and will be looking to rebook the villa soon.

We had a fantastic time in Orlando Florida.
We followed the directions we had been given to our holiday villa and found it with no problems at all. The property was a perfect home from home. A well maintained property and kept to a very high standard.
We particalarly enjoyed the games room in the villa, we spent many a happy hour playing pool and air hockey, and what better way to end an exhausting day at the theme parks than by relaxing by the pool...it was heaven.
I would highly recomend this property to anybody planing a trip to Florida. It was perfectly situated for all the theme parks and they were all well sign posted, we never got lost once and that's a first for us!
There are far too many restaurants to choose from, but one of my favorites was the "Boston Lobster Feast" the buffet was amazing, and you can't beat the Ponderosa for good value for money, a great menu selection and good service, you are dfinitely spoiled for choice here. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back to this property. Thanks David.

This home was perfect we had plenty of space. It looked just like the pictures on line even better. It was a very nice and quite neighborhood. We enjoyed coming home after shopping and going to Walt Disney World to swim in the pool or just play pool and relax. Our son was with us and he enjoyed the pool and the internet especially. Everything was perfect it was well taken care of and easy to find. It was nice and close to the grocery stores and restaurants. David was very easy to work with and always very helpful if we had any questions. I would recommend this vacation villa to my friends and I would stay here again if I get the opportunity to visit Orlando again.

Just come back from staying at this villa. Excellent location close to Disney and Shops. The whole villa is a joy to stay in clean and well equipped. The kids really loved the games room and pool.

Calabay Parc is a super location, convienant for all the local attractions. We hihgky recommend this villa.
