Lovely apartment which was very well equiped and clean with lovely terrace and views. Were thankful for library of books, DVD's , videos and heater as the weather was unsettled. Complex and pool was very clean with supermarket just across the road. We were there for the carnival which was amazing.

We thought the apartment was great, clean, well maintained and nicely furnished, and that was just the interior. The balcony was large, nicely furnished and the views, they were awesome! no sooner had we arrived we all felt relaxed and at home. It's a great complex with a friendly bar run by Bernie, a great character who made us feel very welcome, oh and well fed. There are also plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, you can be spoilt for choice. I would definately recommend this apartment and we hope to be returning in 2009, fingers crossed. Thanks for a great holiday.

Stunning apartment, home from home comforts.
Situated in an ideal location, lovely and peaceful and a beautiful view, sat on the balcony watching the sun set, what more could you ask for !

Thankyou Chris and Jan for yet another fantastic stay in your appartment. This is our 7th year now ! and we didnt think the appartment could possibly improve but having the new walk in shower is "The cherry on the cake" Our family feel so safe on the complex and the island it now feels like our second home ! and the home comforts of your appartment and your attention to detail is so appreciated. So thankyou again heres to 2009

Lovely Lago Verde

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at no 13 in lago verde.
From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The apartment was bright and spacious and absolutely fantastic 180 degree views of the sea from the balcony.
The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.
The complex was great, very clean and the pool was lovely. Everyone at the complex was very friendly especially Bernie in the pool bar, who had great barbeque's each Saturday night!
Near the Lago Verde is a centre that has a well stock supermarket, English pubs that serve good food and Mario's a lovely Italian restaurant.
The complex is situated in the best part of Puerto del Carmen within walking distance of the harbour and all its lovely restaurants. We recommend El Ancla and El Parmigiana (near the Fariones sport complex)
I would 100% recommend this apartment and we are going to come back in 2009 if not sooner!

Can’t believe that another year and another holiday has passed away already. Didn’t think I would be sitting here so quickly after our third year in Jan’s lovely apartment. As usual the venue was fantastic - well equipped apartment (we cooked a full meal more than once). Jimmy and Ziggy’s bar as friendly as ever. Basically another fantastic holiday' Back again! Stayed in B4 last year. Both apartments are brilliantly equipped – truly home from home! Had a wonderful holiday, only regret, as mentioned by others before us, is that this time we have only one week. Thanks Chris and Jan. However we will be back!!!

We have always enjoyed P del Carmen and particularly like the way the harbour has been developed. Lovely weather – good time had by all. Visited Puerto del Carmen many times, what can we say? Weather was gorgeous and the apartment is the most comfortable and well equipped we have ever stayed in. Lovely south facing balcony with carefully thought, relaxing furniture (home from home). Won’t recommend any specific restaurants – personal choice – all are good! Experiment. We prefer to eat in the Old Town. Thanks Jan for a lovely relaxing stay – we don’t want to go home! We hope to be back in September. We have been visiting Lanzarote since 1983. This is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Had a fantastic three weeks, lovely watching the sun setting over the volcanoes whilst sipping a glass of El Griffo!
