Fantastic Holiday and wonderful apartment

Review Submitted: June 21, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
We have been to Tenerife several times staying in different locations. This apartment is a very clean and well equipped one with a great view overlooking the sea. The apartment is well maintained and we could not have been happier with it.
The complex it is part of is large and spacious with a large free form pool and the pool-side cafe/bar is lovely, The owners of the apartment are extremely friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this to anyone. You can have as relaxing or adventurous a holiday as you want. Access is by stairs or by lift and everything you need is within walking distance. I can highly recommend the watersports pack available from the local beach which includes banana boat, parascending and jet ski's. For a more relaxing evening I can also recommend a leisurely night time stroll in Los Cristianos eating outside at one of the lovely restaraunts. For a more 'sociable' evening drink pay a vist to the Lighthouse bar at the corner of the harbour. We have already booked next years stay in the same apartment!!
Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your comments, they are very much appreciated. Also, when holiday makers book again I know they have been really happy and pleased. I look forward to seeing on your next visit to Tenerife,

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, in a fantastic location, the onsite restaurant 44 Regent Street was brilliant the staff are wonderful the food is perfect, the onsite animation team are fantastic especially Miguel. Kevin the owner of the apartment was extremely helpful on arrival. the apartment was clean and the sun shone on the balcony all afternoon, my only comment is :- Kevin can we have 2 sunbeds on the balcony? The pool area was good, but had to put towels on sunbeds pretty early of you wanted a good spot! we met a lot of friends in Sunset Harbour everyone was loveley. We recommend Siam Park its fab if you like the water, we did ! The Monkey Park near Parque de la Reina (just off the TF1 near Los Cristianos) and Loro Park, all great days out.The weather was hot and sunny for most of our stay, we have already recommended this apartment to some friends we met and we could be fighting over it next year!!!!

It was central to everything you required in Tenerife. There were not too many hills so we could manuevre about with the wheelchair. Well decorate & had everything we required. Very clean & owners were very accomdating to all our needs. The complex was nice,.everyone was freindly & the pool was a good size & clean. My only complaint was the jaccuzi was colder than the pool..... But then it was undergoing maintenance work at the time

this apartment is a studio

Review Submitted: June 8, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
the apartment was clean, bathroom was a good size, but I wanted a one bed room apartment and it wasnt that, it was a STUDIO, the bed was in a boxed off part of the livingroom no window and no space to even walk round the bed. the kitchen had a portable two ring camping stove, sitting on the work top. in one of the reviews it says it has two balconies it doesnt, it has one balcony, and a landing at the front door that overlooks the pool. I thought the descripion of this apartment was not accurate. after two days we moved to another apartment, as I couldnt have slept another night in the so called bedroom. the complex its self was really nice, I would go back to that complex but not to that apartment.
Owner's Response: Thankyou for your review. It was unfortunate that you did not find the apartment to your liking. The apartment is a converted studio but yours is the first complaint I have had with regards to its size. Also as for the cooking faciluities I have never had a complaint about these either. The description and photographs of the apartment state and show exactly what it is like. I have had very positive and happy comments and reviews, as shown in all other reviews.

Great Relaxing Holiday

J+B Oxford
Review Submitted: May 19, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
Thanks for a fantastic relaxing holiday in the sun! The apartment was clean and a great spacious living room plus balcony. It is on the top floor so you don't feel hedged in or get any noise from rooms above.
There are two pools in the complex itself with varied depths, restaurants, pool bars, and everyone was very friendly.
I'd recommend the water park nearby for a fantastic day out, and don't forget to see the dolphin show.
Lots of other things to do as well - walks to nearby clubbing scenes or beautiful vistas, trips around the island.
I'd recommend this whether you want to laze around the pool or be active - it's great! One tip - get to the poolside in the morning as it quickly fills up.
Thanks Kevin and Renate for making the holiday so easy.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment . We were met in reception and shown around by the owners .It is in a lovely complex , with 2 very nice restaraunts and a lovely large pool area with plenty of good quality sun loungers. Because we were attending a pre booked Soul music event , we actually spent the daytime re -charging our batteries on the apartment balcony , which over looks a parade of shops and a large boulevard (Ideal for people watching) !! Being on the top floor of the complex (serviced by a lift or stairs), you don't get the clippety clop of feet above you. The apartment interior was clean and spacious , with a lovely large and well lit bathroom .The bedroom was cosy and comfortable and not having an out-facing window helped to keep it cool at night .All in all an excellent apatrment , and a great base from which to visit the many local ammenities. It really was the icing on the cake , and topped off a fantastic holiday !

David, Beverley and boys had a wonderful stay at this property, it met all our family needs. Pool bars and restaurants were fabulous and the range of food was great and as it says it is beside the beach. You couldnt meet more helpful and kind owners... Would recommend their hospitality!!!!!.

Will be looking to stay with Renate and Kevin next year... and maybe longer than two weeks!!!!

EXCELLENT APARTMENT AND COMPLEX

Review Submitted: August 5, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
The apartment is kept to a very high standard (very clean inside, the beds are clean and fresh so is the bedding and also the towels).
In our party was one pensioner a mother and two teenage boys and we all had an excellent time, the complex is very near the sea and outside entertainment which is excellent.
The restaurants inside and outside the complex all delivered meals to a very high standard.
The owner was on hand by telephone for if we needed anything which we did not.
The coach tours which you can book everywhere are of excellent value for money and make a really great day out for all ages.
A REALLY FANTASTIC HOLIDAY WAS HAD BY ALL

Our Best Holiday Ever.

Review Submitted: July 16, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
The Apartment was homely, clean and well equipped. The complex was amazing, a very large & wonderful pool, lots of sunbeds and parasols. The apartment has two balconies overlooking the sea and the island of La Gomera, its quite breathtaking
There are 2 restaurants inside the complex and many more right on the doorstep ie. Indian, fish, Italian its all there. For vegetarians there is Bentleys on the beach front, they nice selection of home cooked Quorn meals on their menu.
There is a local Tesco, also a local English run store with most things you might need which is next to the complex enrance.
Great days out include the Whale & Dolphin boat trip, we went on the Royal Delfin boat, you get dinner and can swim in the sea by Los Gigantes, just dont forget the sea sick tablets as it would be a shame to spoil such a fabulous trip. We have done the trip twice and each time saw a pod of Whales and both bottlenose and common dolphins, the boat has a glass bottom where you can see them underwater.
The trip up Mount Teide is well worth a look, the terrain is like nowhere else. The crater was used in the making of Star Wars and Planet of the Apes. We went on Quad Bikes this year, it was exhilarating, the previous year we went in a jeep. You get to see a lot more by Jeep as you travel through lots of picturesque villages.
There is a Market on thursday and saturday mornings where you can get some fantastic bargains, dont forget to barter.
If you get a chancelook out for Jason from stars in their eyes who does a Boy George tribute act, he is hilarious. He also does a pink Elvis and its well worth looking out for. He appears in the beach front fun pub twice a week.
The whole holiday was perfect and we cant wait to go back. I will stay in the apartment again,it had everything we needed, I would highlt recommend it.
The complex has a luggage room where you can store your cases on the last day if you have a late flight, it means you can enjoy your holiday right up until you have to leave for the airport. The reception can give you all the details on arrival.
Taxies are cheap so dont be afraid to use them.
One thing left to say we hope your holiday is a good as ours was.
