Great well equiped apartment

I booked this as my first "family" holiday after my divorce 3 years ago. Took my two children now 23 and 20. Was not sure how it would all go. We arrived to find a very comfortable well equipped apartment with lots of space. 75M Sq did not mean much to me but it is a very good size even for the max capacity of 6. The standard and quantity of equipment was fantastic, also on site are two good pools. The 3 of us had a great time together in this apartment and also had the freedom to do our own thing if we wanted to with Cannes being just 10 minutes or so by the regular but cheap bus service. All three of use thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is certainly on the top of our list for next year. I drove this year in case I needed the car, but did not, so would fly and use public transport in future. This apartment is ideal for all family types from mature couples to young families. As on the ground floor with level access, also ideal for less able bodied. All details were well detailed in information provided and I can make no recommendations for improvements. This is a well managed well run very comfortable apartment. Many thanks for a great holiday. Barry

Booked the appartment as part of a family holiday with teenagers. It is superb, very well equipped, in a very safe spot, peaceful, with terraces both side and a lovely garden. Close by to Cannes (10 mins by bus). Just very relaxed and a great time had by all, will come back. Would recommend very highly.

I stayed for 1 week in Julie's apartment from 27/06/09 until 04/07/09. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and the apartment was perfect for us. It was fully equipped with everything you could need and was perfectly clean and very comfortable.
We enjoyed using the pool but would have liked sunbeds around it to sunbathe on. We could sunbathe in the lovely private garden tho.
The bus service into downtown Cannes is excellent so we did not need a car.
Our favourite local restaurant was Le Mediteraine which we ate at twice.
The local supermarket is well stocked but would advise taking a bag on wheels with you to bring home heavy items.
We enjoyed the fact the apartment had digital tv as we could watch Wimbledon.
We really had a good time in the apartment.

My husband and I and our three children stayed for a week, only wish it had been longer! There was plenty of room for all of us and the flat is modern, luxurious and well equipped. The flat was very clean and the beds comfortable. The area is very well maintained, including the pools. The location is so near Cannes yet it's very quiet. We really enjoyed the garden, wonderful to have such privacy as well as a good view of the mountains. The owner replied swiftly and gave us excellent instructions for how to find the area and the flat. Thank's for a wonderful holiday!

We arrived and all i can say it was fantastic!! Facilities were superb apartment is really gorgeous and in fact the pictures on the net do not do the property justice. It is well situated and gets glorious sunshine all day but especially afternoon through to tea time. Two swimming pools within the complex are about a five minute walk from the apartment however we prefered the one which was in the middle of the complex, very private and quiet. Nearby within five minute walk is a pizzaria which also does take away and the chef is really friendly and a good cook! Also another five minutes takes you to a brasserie which is also great. A total ten minutes takes you to the Supermarket and the stores including pattiserie and bakery green grocers fabulous cheese shop and also two more bars and restaurants. We did cook as well in the very well equipped kitchen. The local buses are five minutes also, and then from Cannes the trains are also easily accesible and very reasonable to travel the whole cote d'azur if you like, all i can sum up in saying is I can't wait to go back again next year!! We stayed for 10 days in the apartment and we couldn't believe how well equipped it was! It is beautifully decorated and furnished, and a really good size! I stayed with my husband, 18 month old son and my sister-in-law and there was plenty of room and a lovely garden. The pools are lovely and only minutes from the apartment. It was very quiet and many times we had the pool to ourselves. The location is excellent with a good supermarket close by and the centre of Cannes is a short bus ride. We regularly used the train to visit other parts of the Cote D'Azur, going to Monaco and Nice, all within the hour. On returning back to the apartment, the kitchen had all the facilities we needed so we weren't limited with what we could cook. There is also a lovely brasserie a 5 minute walk away. It's a very residential complex with mainly French families so it was very relaxing with no rowdy neighbours! We will definitely be returning to this apartment as the level of facilities made the holiday very comfortable and stress-free. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Went to Cannes with my husband and parents. The apartment was lovely, very spacious and very clean.
Plenty of local facilities, within walking distance and just a short bus ride to the centre of cannes .
I would definately stay again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Went to Cannes with my sister for her birthday. The apartment was perfect for us - we sunbathed in the garden during the day and went out in Cannes on an evening. The apartment was like home from home with lots of extras we didn't expect. I have recommended it to my friends and family.
