Reviews of Property: Superb 5 bed villa with private heated pool & spa & games room!

This villa was amazing! I booked it at just about the last minute for our honeymoon. My husband and I brought our kids down to Florida with us to hit Disney World, which was only about 15 minutes away. The owner was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. She was also quite patient with me as this was the first time I had ever rented a home for a vacation. The pictures on the internet don't do the place justice! It was beautifully decorated, well kept, and fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. All we had to supply were the essentials, such as food and cleaning supplies. The condo was in a prime location because it was so close to Disney and there were a ton of restaurants and stores all around. It was a nice way to end the day when we got back to the condo each night and jumped into the heated pool and jacuzzi. After staying at this villa, our family will never vacation the same way again. Nobody wanted to leave! We will definitely be renting this villa again the next time we stay in Davenport!

Absoloutly gorgeous villa in a lovely, quiet, gated community. myself and 6 family members stayed for 3 weeks in March/April 2008 and couldnt have asked for anything more! The villa had everything we needed, very clean and very well maintained. The pool was cleaned regularly. It is situated close to Wal-mart, target, various restaraunts and only 15-20 mins from all the major theme parks!! The owner was great, giving me all the information i needed for my holiday, very helpful!!

We stayed in this villa for a week at the end of June 2008. After a week staying in motels along the Keys it was the oasis we needed. The quality of the villa is superb, the pool great, and facilities everything you need to cope with washing, feeding a large family.

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful, new villa on our recent Florida vacation. Our family is a "Disney" family, but we enjoy leaving the park for some peace and quiet - which is exactly what we got. This particular villa is in a safe, gated community that has several ammenities which include a community exercise room and a computer area. The entire community has an "exclusive" feel about it. The villa itself is huge and has a gorgeous, professionally decorated decor. We never wanted to leave! Besides the private pool, we enjoyed the game room and having a laundry room. What a great convenience. There are several grocery stores and a Wal-Mart Superstore nearby. We saved a ton of money by preparing many of our meals in the full kitchen. At the end of our trip, my aunt offered to pay for another week's stay. Alas, we all had to come back home, but we would have stayed in a second if we could have. In addition to being impressed with this beautiful villa, I am also impressed with how professional the booking agent was. She was always responsive to all of our inquiries and was available if/when we needed her. Our family plans on booking this particular villa again for our next family trip.

A luxurious stay in your 5 bed villa. We loved the villa the pictures on the advert did not do it justice. We especially liked the surrounding of the pool area as it was very secure for our children with the pool screen. The ensuite bathrooms very fab as there was two families staying and we all had our privacy. Hopefully you will have dates free for us for our holiday next year.
