Casa Figueiras is a beautiful Villa in a stunning location.
The swimming pool is one of the largest you'll find in a private Villa, add three acres of garden and you know you're staying somewhere special.
My family and I have been staying here for the last several years (a tip in itself!) and have found the owners extremely helpful, no request is too much trouble and every effort is made to make your stay a pleasant one.
The Villa sits between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago making it very convenient for both resorts, excellent restaurants&bars are close by.
The Algarve is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, Casa Figueiras is the ideal base.

A marvellous time we, old and young (8 adults and a baby) did spend in this beautiful house, peaceful situated in a still natural environment !
It is indeed not far away from beach (also by feet), shops, all kinds of restaurants, small villages in the hinterland etc..
Really a fantastic place to spend your holidays with family and/or friends. All comfort in house available. Well equipped.
Relax at the swimming pool, in the garden, on the enormous terrace, and with an excellent bbq enjoy the ending of the day.
It is indeed not far away from beach (also by feet), shops, all kinds of restaurants, small villages in the hinterland etc..

What a beautiful house we've stayed in! Spacious bedrooms, with airconditioning (a big plus, especially with children), and enough closet space so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. A big terrace with BBQ en last but not least the hughe swimmingpool. It was hard to leave the house! The house is quietly situated, with the beach and some nice beachclubs and restaurants in walking distance. And there a lot of nice towns and villages in only a short drive away. We are definitely planning on coming back!

As I child, I used to spend some summer holidays at the house. Just good memories! Great (huge!) swimming pool, enough space on the property to run around, play hide-and-seek and organize hunts. With the beach just a stroll away, tennis courts in the neighborhood and lovely small fisherman's towns in the area with restaurants suitable for children I had the time of my life.
Although being a different target group now (30 yrs old) I start visiting the place again. In the past 5 years in different company; groups of friends, parents and boyfriend each year one week in May, June or September (even good weather!).
And.... I'm still having the time of my life, enjoying a private paradise!
The new interior, a climate control, the well maintained garden (fresh orange juice in the morning!), nightlife in the area, the recently constructed highway and the low-priced airline tickets have made the place even more attractive.
I'm sure everybody in all stage of life will love this house.
Although being a different target group now (30 yrs old) I start visiting the place again. In the past 5 years in different company; groups of friends, parents and boyfriend each year one week in May, June or September (even good weather!).
And.... I'm still having the time of my life, enjoying a private paradise!

My wife and I, our two daughters and their partners, plus our two grandchildren have holidayed at Casa Figueiras now for a number of years and will, hopefully, continue to do so for many years to come.
The mere fact that we continue to return there is of itself indicative of how we all feel about it: put simply, we love it.
Being almost half way between Vale de Lobo and the Quinta de Lago makes it an ideal location: close to all the amenities (Julies beach just a 5 minute drive) yet far enough away to enjoy complete privacy without the feeling of being cut off.
The villa itself is both clean and extremely well appointed with spacious rooms, well kept grounds, a large terrace for the odd barbecue and a larger than average pool.
All the people that I have had dealings with have all been extremely pleasant and helpful and really do ‘look after you’.
All in all it’s a great villa to holiday in and is, in my opinion, extremely good value: how many other villas can offer grounds of 3 acres?
My advice; book it and enjoy it while you still can before too many other people hear of it.

Spacious, Quiet, and Relaxing!

My family (including 2 young children) stayed at this villa in Aug. 2007 and we had a great time. The location (off a small street) and size of property (huge with lots of trees) make it ideal for us to relax and for the kids to run around. Algarve tends to be a pretty crowded destination during the summer season and we enjoyed being away from it all at this villa.
The house has everything you needed; the only thing we thought we needed was a better/larger outdoor grill.
The beach is close by, although we didn't go there b/c we had the pool. There are many restaurants around but we didn't try many of them as we cooked most of the time; the kitchen has everything you'll need.
The propery was as we expected; the owner provided accurate information and was very helpful throughout the rental process. She also kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were taken care of and provided a local contact in case we needed help.
All in all, a great place to relax and hang out with your family.
