'The isolation of this gem amidst the stunning Tuscan scenery has made this a most relaxing and peaceful holiday. Essential visits to some of Italy's most historic centres of architecture and culture add a distraction to emphasise the tranquillity of your lovely home. Thank you for allowing us to share this with you.' Brown / Milbourn party, 9-15 September 2007

Bel Sorriso is a very nice comfortable and pleasant house, it feels like home. The house has everything you need, a nice garden, a pool nearby, internet, a spacious living room where you can watch TV/dvd's and two small but very neat bathrooms. It's a very quit place, so you hear no traffic. Ann provides great service and is very nice.

Well, what a location! And what a drive down! Does anyone count how many breaths they take whilst driving along the approach to this magnificent beacon of Tuscan isolation? "Bel Sorriso" certainly takes the breath away on arrival. How beautifully decorated! We came here after several days in Roma and although instant relaxation isn't our forte, it certainly was easy here. This place is a gem to behold. And the value is astonishing. I can't wait to return.

Bel Sorriso (Beautiful Smile)

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. This is not a 'typical' holiday rental as it is the owner's main residence; the furniture is top quality (unnervingly so as the sofas are white and we had two children!) and everything that you might need is at hand. Anne is very efficient and determined to ensure that everything is totally in order for a relaxing and carefree stay. A strong constitution is needed to brave the one-in-four gradient to the borgo, and this might put some off venturing out into the surrounding countryside. All in all the best rental experience we have had.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. It exceeded our expectations. Spacious and with all mod cons it accommodates 4 people very comfortably

The veranda and BBQ area were especially good.
The village is fully re-developed, from being an abandoned village to, now, a grouping of buildings ancient on the outside , but modern inside. The quality level is very high and there is an on-site hotel which is very useful.

A very up-market location for a fair price

Pool area and maintenance levels excellent

The area itself is quite isolated. Nearest small village St Guisme - 15 minute drive

Rural Chianti at its best
