Casa Mia FANTASTICA

Dynoman Sheffield
Review Submitted: September 14, 2009 Date of Stay: September 2009
Just got back from an 8 day holiday spent in the casa mia villa and believe me it was the best i've stayed in. There are 6 adults in our group that have a 1 week adult get togeather every year in and around this area. We have never returned to any of the villas that we have stayed at before, but during this holiday we were already planning for a return visit to the Casa Mia next year.
The villa has everything you need for a quality self catering holiday and much, much more. We were knocking some fantastic home cooked meals out each evening, ranging from home made soups, authentic curries to spag bols and home made quiches. It was like being in your own kitchen, any utensil you needed was there.
There's a lovely dining area over looking the pool where we sat to eat our evening meals giving a romantic cosy atmosphere especialy when we layed the candles out.
The seating area outside was a real treat, problem was that it was that cosy, we weren't getting to bed till 4 and 5 in the morning and waking with some great hangovers.
The pool and Jaccuzi were great and the rooms were fantastic, offering privacy for all 3 couples having their owning bathrooms.
The villa is about a 10 minute drive from such as La Cala (offering a market on Saturdays and wednesdays and a beautifil beach) and Feungirola (which is supposed to have good night life). If you feel more adventurous you could drive to Gibralter which is roughly a 1hr 30 min drive (just follow the A7 to Cadiz)
What can i say apart from WELL DONE BRIAN for providing us with a quality break. (will speak to you in the near future)

One last thing, you must try the Pheonix Lounge and the chilli prawn tappas their doing. FANTASTIC

We have just returned from a two week holiday at the lovely Casa Mia Villa. The Villa was fantastic. We went as a family of 4, my son is 16 and my daughter is 13
We really enjoyed the outside space of the villa. The BBQ area is really expansive and some nights we had great fun playing badminton, loads of space to run around. We all loved the hammocks and most afternoons, my son and husband would lie in the hammocks and read or the occasional snooze.

The pool and jacuzzi are cleaned daily and are spotlessly clean. My daughter loved jumping into the pool every morning.

If you wanted you could lie at the pool first thing in the morning until 8.00 at night as the sun shines on the pool area all day.

Brian was extremely helpful and we sampled a couple of the restaurants he recommend and they were great.

We enjoy going to the beach and the beach at La Cala is really nice.

All in all, fantastic Villa with great views and lots of room. Back in Scotland looking at the Grey sky and pouring rain, wishing we were back at Casa Mia.

Wow, more than expected

I booked the villa for myself and 4 other friends. The Villa was more than we expected (better than the photos). Brian the owner was brilliant ensuring that there were no issues and we were happy with everything. Ramon the neighbour was allways on hand should an issue of occured and kept on trying to ply us with free fresh eggs from his hens and lovely frozen fresh fruit smoothies.
The villa is remote but with a car it was only 5-10 minutes to an amazing beach and the town centre.
The girls all felt safe sun-bathing as we were not overlooked.
Would love to comment on the indoor area but must say we spent all our time in the vast outdoor space utilising the patio areas for eating and relaxing.
The property was very clean and well maintained and we will definately be going back.
The loaction is brilliant and we did day trips to Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar and Rhonda with the first 2 places less than an hour away.

We have just returned from spending a week at the wonderful villa Casa Mia, it is situated in a stunning location with amazing views. It is a peaceful place for relaxing but also close to the airport, local amenities, shops and golf courses.

The villa exceeded our expectations; it had everything we needed and more. The outside areas were very spacious, providing a great pool area and space for respite from the heat of the sun.

The booking and arrangements were made easy by the owner who was extremely helpful and friendly.

Overall a fantastic holiday, we will defiantly be booking again!

thank you.

What a lovely Villa indeed, no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were al lclean and well furnished, air conditioning was a must and no problems with that either. The decking area and pool was brilliant so much room "massive" and perfect for a relaxing holiday in the hot sun. BBQ facilities were also perfect and we used this most days. Access was easy to the nearest golf courses and shopping / dining areas a straight drive. All in all 100% and well recommended. Thanks also a good price too. We will all be visiting again in the future.

The location of this villa is simply stunning. There are views to the Mijas Muntains from nearly every aspect.
It is not overlooked and provides privacy and very good facilities. If you just want to chill out, this place is it. On the other hand, Fuengirola with its beautiful beach and vast selection of bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes drive away. It is 30 minutes from Malaga airport and within eay reach of Marbella, Mijas, Mijs Costa and Puerto Banus. So you can live it up as much or as little as you like.
