I stayed here with friends for a long weekend and it was so comfortable and relaxing. It's not grand or over the top just a great location with a spacious living space and a large balcony. Walking distance to the local shops for fresh croissants in the morning and 2 mins to the beach. Loved it!

Just returned from a 10 day vacation in South of France. Stayed in this wonderful apartment located in Cagnes-Sur-Mer, only 10 mins from the Airport and you are transported to this fantastic location. This spacious apartment within private grounds is beautiful, very bright and immaculately clean, has a large balcony to enjoy alfresco dining with friends or just relax in the sunshine. Everything felt incredibly easy, 5 mins walk to the beach and great stretch of promenade, fantastic if like me you want to take long walks, run or roller blade. Or I found myself just lounging by the beautiful private pool within the grounds. I thought it was a great location for travelling into other nearby towns, Nice, Antibe, Cannes, Monte Carlo.....and the historic old town of Haute de Cagne. I found all the local amenities within a few minutes walk and some great restaurants. Thanks for making this a very enjoyable stay, I return to the French Riveria year after year and will definaitely be back

My partner and I were very impressed with the high standard of cleanliness, linens and relaxing interior. comfortable nights sleep and large bathroom .Great kitchen to cook in with fresh produce from markets 5 minutes walk into the old fishing village.where you can drink a glass of pastis with the locals who are very hospitable.Then returning through security gates with codes made us feel very secure with ourselves and our belongings.sunny terrace overlooking the manicured gardens.thanks for a great holiday. Having returned from a sunny holiday on the French Riviera I wanted to share my experiences about this fabulous apartment in Cagnes-sur-Mer! The town, as the name suggests, is right on the warm Mediterranean coast, with fragrant vegetation and a real French charm. The gated residence, in which this bright, luxurious 2 bedroom flat is to be found, is only a stone` s throw away from the well-kept pebbly beach, literally about a minute walk. The grounds are meticulously looked after, there` s an inviting swimming pool with a deck in the Summer season, plus you can park your car in the underground garage…impressive start! The lift will take you and the luggage right to the doorstep, no need to fiddle with the heavy stuff on the stairs. The apartment is bright, full of natural light, comes with a simply elegant décor, a very clean, tastefully furnished base for the holiday. The spacious living room has an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, and is directly connected to a large (!) terrace facing south west, with wooden seating and a big table – this is a perfect spot for sunbathing or having delicious meals with excellent French wines! There are two bedrooms, the bigger one has a beautiful four poster double bed, the other` s slightly smaller (still absolutely suitable for even two adults) with two comfy single beds. Both have an exit to the second terrace. The bathroom is separated from the toilet, which is definitely a clever solution in my view, very well sized indeed. One of the best qualities of the flat is that it` s perfect for all sorts of holidaymakers: I was lucky enough to spend quality times with friends there, it was a fantastic place to stay for 4 adults. It is however also provides the best solution for a family with kids, or for a couple looking for a stylish break. The area is awesome: you can go jogging on the seaside promenade, the town is abundant with lovely restaurants, bars and in case you can get your fresh croissants every morning from around the corner! Nice, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez or the picturesque villages of Provence – all are within very easy reach by car!!!
All in all, this is a first class holiday experience, in a safe environment. Karen, the owner gave us full directions, the whole booking process and the communication was quick, efficient and very helpful. We will definitely return, merci beaucoup!
