Reviews of Property: Summary of 1 Bed Apartment in Cape Salema 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4

Our apartment was clean and modern with plenty of space, there was a beautiful view of the beach and a short distance away from Los Cristianos where there was bars and resturants then you could come back to a nice quiet enviroment. There were lots of bars and places to eat near the appartment and only a short distance from siam park the new water park the best in the world, jungle park and also monkey land. This was a great holiday and we would like to come back again some time, the pool was big and had views around it which was lovely. At night you could have the fan on and patio doors and a window open to get the air circulating so it was nice and cool. It was everything we wanted and more the people were very friendly and welcoming thank you for a great holiday!!!!!!!

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment with our 2 children for 10 days at end of March/early April 2008. Excellent apartment which had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The complex is well maintained and the pool was cleaned daily. This was our first visit to Tenerife and we hired a car for the duration of our stay. The owner provided directions to the apartment from the airport which were easy to follow and also information on places of interest on the island, good restaurants etc, which we found very useful. The resort of Palm Mar is still in the early stages of development but there were enough restaurants and cafe bars within walking distance of the apartment to ensure that we did not have to use our car in the evenings unless we wanted to. We found the service and quality in the local restaurants very good. There is no beach in the resort but we found plenty of lovely beaches within easy travelling distance. Palm Mar was very peaceful and relaxing but may be too quiet for families with teenage children, but as Los Cristianos is only a short distance away, livlier evening entertainment more typically associated with Tenerife is easily accessible. The weather was beautiful during the day for sunbathing but went cooler at night. There is no air conditioning in the apartment but this was not an issue at the time of year of our stay. It would not deter me from staying in the apartment during the summer months as there was always a breeze and the position of the apartment means you can take advantage of this by opening doors and windows to create air flow through the apartment. The only possible improvement could be satellite television to keep our teenager happy !! We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone and will be looking at returing ourselves in the future.

This apartment surpassed all of our expectations.I have to say it is probably the best apartment i have ever stayed in and i have been in a lot.It had everything in it to make sure we wanted for nothing.The local restaurants were very good quality and the local bars very friendly.A very good holiday.I would recommend it to anyone.

Although I do not usually write reviews I feel compelled to share my findings after a stay at the two bedroomed appartment in Palm Mar.

We stayed for a very enjoyable 10 days in the height of the season with a teenager in tow! The appartment itself was absolutely fabulous. It is superbly decorated and well appointed with fully equipped kitchen and two beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The appartment was scrupulously clean with plenty of towels and fresh linen. We were so pleased to find the appartment in a very pleasant setting - very quiet and peaceful (this is no place for larger louts!) with georgously landscaped gardens, a fantastic pool and a smaller paddling area for young children. It was lovely to relax by the pool which was never over crowded. There are opportunities to eat out at some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. We also enjoyed taking a stroll along the beach front and shoreline. The appartment itself is a short taxi ride from the airport and is within a secure gated development. For the more adventerous we would recommend a car, especially if you intend to go sightseeing.We made use of the local taxi service to get around. Palm Mar is in the early stages of development as a resort. It is an ideal spot for both families and couples who wish to relax and unwind.

A beautiful 2 bed holiday apartment. High standard of furnishing. We had a fab holiday here. Quiet location but just a short taxi ride to main holiday area. Lots of bars, bistros, and resturants.
