Wonderful Naples!

Having lived in Naples several years ago, my Wife and I were looking for a good quality rental at a sensible price and the unit offered met all our needs, including a British owner who was pleasant and straightforward to deal with! The condo was exactly as described, spacious and modern with a quiet preserve outlook from the large Lanai and the wireless internet facility was a definite bonus!!
Falling waters has an enormous lagoon style swimming pool, which is a real treat and kept nicely warm! The location on Davis Blvd is convenient for visiting downtown Naples, as well as offering easy access to the Interstate 75 for trips to Miami, Key West or Orlando.
As for virtually all holidays in Florida, a hire car is essential to make the most of the huge range of shopping and dining opportunities in the area - IF you can drag yourself away from that wonderful pool!!

Naples is a fabulous destination for anyone who loves the Florida Life Style and Falling Waters is a typical gated community where you can relax in secure and peaceful surroundings. Located about 3 miles from 5th Avenue it is simple to get to all of the Naples area amenities.
The "apartment" was spacious and well appointed. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was space aplenty - the master bedroom being particularly spacious with doors leading directly on to the lanai. The TV, video and communications set up was first class. The screened balcony looked out onto a wooded area and was particularly quiet and peaceful - perfecr for relaxing in the late afternoon / evening before going out for dinner. The owner was particularly helpful in ensuring we had all of the necessary information before we arrived and took time to welcome us and to check that everything was "in order" - as it undoubtedly was. Golfing venues were many and varied - all excellent - and while the beach, Tin City etc were a few miles (4) away were all worth the visit.
Naples has many fine dining places with a number on 5th Avenue and at the Waterside Shopping Complex (US 41). Carrabba's and Outback Steakhouse on US 41 were also excellent value. We intend to get back to Naples as soon as we can and, if it is available, will certainly want to stay at Falling Waters again.

Outstanding Rental Unit

We rented this unit for several weeks in January 2008 and had a fantastic time. The unit is spacious, clean, well appointed and in a lovely development. The master bedroom / bath is roomy and opens to a screened patio overlooking a waterfall feature. Internet access worked very well and both televisions (living area and master bedroom) are cable. The pool in this development must be seen to be believed! There are also tennis courts available and plenty of safe walking paths. The development is near several major roads within short distance of downtown Naples as well as Marco Island. The unit owner was very easy to deal with and locally available. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

our whole experience in naples was very enjoyable, its a very clean
and very relaxed place to visit. we found the condo on the internet very easy and it was perfect, very clean and bright exactly what the description said, was very easy to find and our dealings with Gillian was very, very good. the condo was clean and very well maintained, i would recommend this accommodation for a very quiet relaxed time as there is not a huge amount to do on the village and you most definately need a car to get around and to see the lovely sights.

Wir haben eine super tolle Zeit in Florida / Naples verbracht. Falling Waters ist eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage mit einen tollen Pool. Unsere Appartment lag sehr ruhig und hatte einen wunderschönen Blick. Es ist hübsch eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Dadurch das alles so gut geklappt hat, würden wir jederzeit wieder bei Gillian buchen.
Wir wünschen Euch einen ebenso schönen Urlaub.
