A very nice holiday

Listing description of the property was accurate however, the view of the very well kept gardens and sea were much better than in the photographs. The flat was very clean with a full equipped kitchen (we could have done with a blender as one of the hot days we made ice cold gazpacho!).
We missed Mary on the day of arrival as she visited later than expected (probably did not want to disturb us too early after a very early morning fly) and when she arrived my husband and I had just gone to get some milk for breakfast for my son.
The beach by the St Raphael hotel accross the road was good, however, we preferred to walk down to Amathus hotel, via the beach/coastal footpath (access by Andrew's ramp) which was a wanderful 30 minutes walk being splashed by the sea and then have a swim (this was 7 am!) in front of the Amathus hotel which is like a sea water swimming pool.
The flat backs on to the coastal motorway but the fact that there are double sets of double glas windows and even a double front door made for a perfect noise supressant.
The owner was very helpful, giving us lots on information on the area, getting there "map" and even car rental companies.
We had a lovely holiday, even when Limassol was flooded twice during our stay.
I would fully recommend this property, ideal for a quiet holiday yet close to restaurants and beautiful hotels (all the restaurants at St Raphaels are open to non-residents but not at Le Meridien).

We had a great time in the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cyprus.
The villa is spacious and clean, with 2 large rooms and was perfect for the 4 of us. It is also very close to the beach and several good restaurants. All in all, we recommend it!

I have just come back from the property and was over all very impressed, the photos do not do it justice as it was surprisingly more spacious than I thought it was going to be, There is everything you need inside the apartment, it is fully stocked,
The balcony is also very impressive I have two young children who you can see from the pool, whilst enjoying the views, It is very safe for children, The location is also what we were looking for, there are several bars and resteraunts within a 5 to 10 min stroll, yet far enough away from the tourist area which can be reached by car in 6 or 7 mins, or 5-10 euros in a taxi (negotiate a price first).
St Raphael hotel across the road has one of the safest beaches for swimming, this is approx 5 min stroll (downhill) and 10 mins back, again excellent for children,
The only reason this apartment gets a rating of good and not excellent is the main motorway approx 100 yards behind the property, this can not be seen but sometimes be heard, as the Cypriot people love to hear the sound of their horns? Over all I would recomend this property for families who like to be just far enough out of the tourist area, but still have a choice of establishments within walking distance, I have family there so we go to Cyprus quite often and we will certainly use this apartment again.

Beautiful Limassol appt overlooking the Med

We had a wonderful week in this sunny, spacious, apartment. It was sparkling clean and extremely well equipped.
We spent every morning, except one, enjoying breakfast on the beautiful balcony overlooking the inviting pool and the blue sea. Although it was early in the season, end of March, we actually needed the parasol for shade! Mary, from the Red Umbrella Management, was charming and helpful, and we exchanged many emails with the friendly owners before the holiday.
The small supermarket close by, beautiful beaches and eating places minutes away meant we weren’t always in the car.
The best mezzé we had was at Cleopatra’s Lebanese Restaurant in the centre of Limassol (10 mins in car). For a more atmospheric experience explore the fantastic area around the Old Port with lots of good authentic Greek Tavernas and a backdrop of the castle which is lit up at night.
The apartment is minutes from the motorway, making exploring the region easy. If you like walking and learning about wild flora especially orchids visit Maria at the Devonshire House in Vouni in the Troodos Mountains. (Recommended in Cyprus Time Out). One of the best cream teas we have ever had.
We will certainly return, and recommend unreservedly this lovely apartment.

Great Holiday Apartment

The apartment lived up to our expectation, it was very well equipped and the rooms gave a great feeling of space. The sea views were fantastic and the property was clean and well maintained. From the balcony we also had a clear view of the swimming pool.
We had easy and friendly contact with property managers who tried to do what ever they could to make our stay a pleasurable one.
If their was only one thing that would have made our time at the property a little more convenient is access to some poolside sun loungers. Not a reason not to book this great apartment.

Cyprus Holiday apartment - Limassol

My husband and I had a superb time in this luxurious apartment.
The apartment is open plan and spacious with a great huge balcony looking out toward the Mediterranean.
Through their property management, the apartment is very clean.
We also arranged for a taxi via the owners to collect and return us.
The pool at the apartment is fantastic - particularly in the afternoon and all the local amenities are superb.
This location has to be one of the best in Cyprus - and we know the island well.
We had a great choice of restaurants in the evening all "on the doorstep". Our favourite is the Italian restaurant Manzallinos. (as the owners had suggested).
The owners are very personable and made sure we knew as much as they could tell us - by phone and email.
We would recommend this area outside Limassol (which is so cosmopolitan these days), to any couple or indeed family.
We will return.

My partner and I enjoyed our holiday here immensley - it was ideal for the holiday that we had planned ie. quiet location with lovely pool, gardens and large terrace for catching those final rays of sunshine. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern and very well equipped. There was sufficient amenities around the complex but transport into Limassol was easy with local buses or taxis. If you have a hire car it is located well in terms of access to the coastal roads and main motorway. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again!.
