Great Villa really felt at home Birch Family Kent

The Villa was just has it was discribed, location everything was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained will certainly book to stay their again. I would like to say thank you Charlie, for all the help and advice given to us prior to our holiday. The welcome pack was a nice touch, and your Management company were really nice and helpful, I would certainly recommend to family and friends.
We have been to Florida several times so there is nothing to dislike.
Flexi Ticket 6 park best deal was with Billy Boys tickets in Kissamee, we got him down to £155.00 in sterling.
Seaworld is a must, also Busch Gardens which takes about 50 minutes by car, but on this ticket their is a free shuttle. But all the parks are great. Uno Restuarant was very good, also Black Angus
the designer outlet malls great so cheap. We find that the best thing is to sunbathe and play in Villa pool until Lunch time, have a bite to eat at villa before you go to parks, then stay at the parks until they close as the fireworks should not be nissed. They also do a great deal on City Walk for 21 dollars you can catch a film and have a meal at a restuarant of your choice for this low price. The restaurants are open late so you can have dinner at the park or when you leave. I nearly forgot, don.t miss Kennedy great day out.

We booked this villa for 5 nights in October. It was very easy to find and in a great location in a gated golf community . The rear aspect over the golf course was peaceful and relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pine trees behind the property as we sat by the pool in the morning and evenings. The property was very well appointed with 2 full sized bathrooms for the four of us. The location was ideal - equidistant from both coasts and about 20 minutes from the Disney parks and Kissimmee. The proximity of a 24 hour Walmart, right by the entrance gates to the community, was an added bonus. There are other shops and restaurants close by but we didn't use them. We would certainly book this property again and would recommend it to our friends.
Owner's Response: Another 5/5 to go with the others. We appreciate our renters, in turn we provide a tasteful, comfortable relaxing Villa surrounded by a beautiful Vista with wildlife in abundance to glance at whilst relaxing by the pool.

I have been going to Florida for over 15 years now and this is definately the best place and villa we have stayed in. Charles and Silvia are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Definately reccomend so no need to look elsewhere.
The complex the villa is on is excellent and the pool area is very private.
the golf club on site is definately worth visiting even just for lunch.

Haines City Villa

The villa was perfect and just as described in the property description on the web site.The fact that it is within a gated community made it feel safe and was the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, even for those who do not play golf. Far enough from the Orlando parks but within easy travelling distance for those seeking the thrills. The property was perfectly clean and tidy, with only the condition (not the cleanliness) of some of bath towels letting it down. The customer service from the owner was excellent given that I only booked with him a few days before I travelled, he was extremely helpful. I have raised the issue of the towels with the owner and he is taking this up with the property management agents. We never used the on site Golf club restaurant as it was only open for breakfast and lunch but there are a number of chain type eating places just outside the security gate which is a ten minute walk from the Villa. There is also a large Wal Mart store just outside the security gates for any provisions shopping. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to be within the Orlando area it is central for the parks ( 20 mins drive) but allows either Gulf or Atlantic coast to be reach in just over an hour by car.

The villa in Southern Dunes was fantastic. There is enough room to comfortably accomodate 6 adults and still not feel squashed.
The villa was very clean and has everything that you can think of to make your stay pleasurable.
The owner kept in regular contact with us before or visit and answered all of our emails promptly which reassures you before you leave for your holiday.
We have already recommended this villa to friends and would like to go back ourselves one day.

Owner's Response: We strive to give our guests the comforts of home, making sure we cater to their needs. It's nice to know are endeavours have again come to fruition and that the Tenants have enjoyed their stay in the Villa and the beautifiul ambience it resides on. We find that It's important to keep in touch with clients for confidence and reassurance, especially for first time travellers to the States.

Everything you could need to have a totally enjoyable stay, the house was perfect, we paid the extra for the pool heat which I would recommend for an April stay, it was the perfect temp. I really appreciated the little touches provided, washing powder, tea bags, coffee etc... Have paid a lot more in the past and not had all of these incl. Location is very close to the I4 and all of the Orlando attractions, and the kids loved the wallmart being so close that they could hire DVD for $1 a day...
Would be nice to see a bit of a games room in the garage as this seemed a bit of wasted space... however would recommend Charlie and his wonderful, coxy Orlando home...

What a lovely villa beautifully furnished and well maintained with a super pool. A great location for all the theme parks and attractions and on a nice golf course. We would recommend this property to all our friends and family.

We've rented 9 Florida villas in as many years, and this "Little Gem'' rates in one of my top 3. It has an excellent location, on site Wal Mart, located on i think 1 of the best golf courses in Florida. Although it's not one of the biggest villas available and a car is essential for seeing Florida and the theme parks, that said it is very welcoming, comfortable, affordable and located just off the I4 (a road you will use alot!) Oh and Mr Woods was the only owner to have provided us with a welcome pack in the villa on arrival, which was a nice touch. I would deffinately use this villa again. Thanks Charlie.!

We have been to Florida 11 times and this was the best Villa by far. The location is ideal for all attractions and only takes 20 minutes to Disney. Our 2 boys loved the pool and the location is perfect for all amenities.
We will not hesitate to stay here again.
